Located on the second floor of a typical historic building without an elevator, it retains the charm of old-style homes with balconies and offers a unique view of the rooftops of the city, with glimpses of the Palace and the Piedmont Alps.

Recently renovated, the accommodation blends a timeless atmosphere with modern comforts. The spaces are organized in a functional and pleasant manner: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, two double bedrooms designed for complete relaxation, and a stylish bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with a climate control system with two separately adjustable units and high-speed Wi-Fi, making it ideal for business travelers or those who wish to stay connected.

The location is one of its greatest advantages: everything is truly within walking distance, including a variety of bars and restaurants, supermarkets, banks, and essential services. The ticket office for the Palace and the Royal Gardens are very close by, while nature lovers can easily access the vast La Mandria Park, which is free to enter and perfect for hiking, walks, and outdoor moments.

Special attention is given to cleanliness and hygiene: only certified HACCP professional products are used. Upon request, during your stay, additional services for tidying up, cleaning, and linen changes are available for an extra fee of €15.00.
