The guest house's name refers to the majestic centuries-old mulberry tree that dominates the garden, serving as a true symbol of the place and its roots. The accommodations consist of mini-apartments with private entrances, featuring a double bed, minibar, and a private bathroom equipped with a shower and bidet. Each unit can accommodate two guests, with the option for an additional bed in the living area thanks to a sofa bed, either double or single. Each room is equipped with the essentials for a simple self-service breakfast, including a kettle, coffee machine, coffee pods, tea and herbal teas, fruit juice, and water.
