Our breakfast feels like the right way to open the day, you know, it should be every day the most important meal: here it is truly a convivial moment of socialization and discovery. We have three different options: quick breakfast, sweet breakfast, and brunch. Brunch is ideal if you like to take your time, starting to savor the local delights; €15 per person, children under 10 years 50% discount, under 3 years free. It can be held outdoors, in a beautiful gazebo surrounded by flowers in the summer season, or inside the large dome, which represents a common space for everyone. Our breakfast is personalized: before arrival, we ask for information on any intolerances, and specials for vegans and vegetarians, you are welcome, and then some prefer sweet, and others prefer savory. Couples often choose a sweet and savory breakfast, so that they can enjoy all the possibilities offered. In addition to drinks (hot or cold, milk, fruit juices, etc) and the usual buffet (biscuits, rusks, butter, homemade jams, local honey, Nutella for children, fresh fruit and dried fruit, yogurt, corn flakes, and muesli (we offer a hot croissant choice filled up with your favorite flavor), the dessert of the day (different every day, it can be a cake or a dessert, which are typical of local traditions), hot bread. For the savory breakfast, don't expect the usual slices of ham and cheese from the supermarket. Here we cook! There are three dishes, different every day, which allow you to taste the local gastronomy. Usually, one is based on eggs, one based on carbohydrates, and one based on vegetables, with an eye on the protein part. To make breakfast a true experience of flavors, smells, and colours.
