Warm welcome, spacious house beautifully decorated with everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Apartment and host: The apartment is very beautiful and well-kept, just like in the photos. It is ideal for a couple with 2 children or 4 friends. We felt very comfortable as a couple during the 9 days. The garden with the holiday swing is very pretty and provides shade thanks to the large tree on hot days. The host is very friendly and has lovingly decorated the apartment in a maritime style. Everything went wonderfully, and communication via WhatsApp and Google Translate went smoothly. It was also convenient that there were enough cleaning supplies and a vacuum cleaner, as we wanted to keep the apartment clean. The kitchen is well-equipped. We only missed a toaster, but that was not so important. We only bought laundry detergent for the washing machine, garbage bags, oil for cooking, salt, sugar, and of course fresh ingredients for cooking. We brought spices and herbs ourselves. However, there are also some fresh Mediterranean herbs on the property, which is nice.\n\nNote for older people: The apartment is located on the 1st floor, which can be reached by stairs. There are about 20 steps. (No elevator). The return from the beach has a slight incline. I mention this because it could be a bit tiring for an older gentleman with knee problems.\n\nSurroundings: The area is very beautiful and was quiet during our stay in September. Friendly locals and tourists are respectful. There are some Italian restaurants, two good ice cream parlors, two bakeries, a hairdresser, and two pharmacies. The little supermarket offers the essentials but is more expensive. Those who want to cook should shop at the supermarket in Pozzallo (about 8 km away). A car is recommended, and secure parking is available on the property.\n\nBeach: The beach is 400 meters (200 meters in a straight line) away and is about a 5-minute walk away. It is a quiet street, safe for children as well. The beach is clean, has nice sand and clear, gently sloping water. There are both free lying areas and paid sunbeds. We always used the free lying area, and in the apartment, there are also a beach umbrella and chairs that can be used for that. On windy days, there are many waves; otherwise, swimming – even with children – is wonderful. The well-kept promenade invites for walks.\nOverall, a great apartment with good amenities. The landlord has furnished everything with a lot of love for detail. We would definitely come back!\n\nSuggestions for improvement: A little more toilet paper would be nice, as the habits of Central Europeans are different even if a bidet is available. Additional garbage bags would also be practical, especially if guests cook a lot.

Recently renovated villa,bright and furnished with taste and attention to detail,both in the indoor and outdoor spaces,equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every room. Excellent cleanliness in every area of the house,the kitchen fully equipped with an induction hob,dishwasher and all the utensils needed for cooking. Great location,close to the sea and to all necessary services. The owners are very kind and always available to help with our requests. We had a wonderful stay,we will definitely return. The house has been recently renovated, with love and attention to detail. Truly nothing is lacking, the external spaces are beautiful and very functional. In just a few steps you can reach the beach and the location is strategic for visiting the beauties of Sicilian Baroque. The hosts are exquisite, precise and very helpful, I greatly appreciated the assistance they provide throughout the stay and the discretion with which they do it.

Excellent structure in Marina di Modica. Everything was brand new and very clean, we felt at home. The decoration was very beautiful and the beds are comfortable. There is a very useful parking spot. Communication with the owners was very smooth. We traveled as a group of 3 and we all loved it, it was the best structure of our trip in Sicily. Thank you, Margherita!\n\nThe only negative thing I found was the limited flexibility for the check-in time. In fact, if we had arrived after 5 p.m., we would have had to pay an extra 20€. We had to change our plans to arrive early at the structure.
