A beautiful villa spread over three levels with a private entrance located by the sea in Isola delle Femmine, surrounded by a large, well-maintained garden featuring relaxation areas. The elegant rooms come with private bathrooms, sea-view balconies, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, and all modern comforts, providing a cozy and refined atmosphere. The property also includes a fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for both leisure travelers and remote workers, thanks to its comfortable spaces and stable Wi-Fi connection in a quiet and relaxing setting with sea views.

Advance booking is required for internal parking, whereas free parking is available on the main road, Via Rosolino Pilo. A private transfer service to and from the airport, Palermo's historic center, and Mondello beach is available upon request. For outdoor enthusiasts, bicycle rentals are also offered.

Located in the "Torre" district, a peaceful residential area bordered by the sea, the villa is situated along a picturesque seaside promenade, where spectacular sunsets over the island can be admired, just a few hundred meters away. The location is strategic: 20 minutes from Palermo's historic center, 15 minutes from Falcone Borsellino airport, and just minutes from Mondello and Sferracavallo. Additionally, the natural wonders of western Sicily, including the Zingaro Nature Reserve, Scopello, San Vito Lo Capo, Castellammare del Golfo, and Terrasini, can be reached quickly.

Isola delle Femmine, an ancient fishing village, is known for its fresh seafood restaurants, well-equipped beaches, and seaside venues. We felt happy. The rooms in the house have a smart design and the common room with kitchen facilities is nice. The balcony was a welcome extension of the room. The bathroom is okay but could be a little bigger. Tancredi's hospitality is outstanding. Thanks!

I fully recommend this House, Garden House Alla Torre. The host is helpful and friendly. The house is clean, safe, quiet. The best place for holidays and to relax because it is close to Palermo with good train connections. I booked without breakfast.

This place is truly amazing! Very calm, organized and clean! The host and his mother are very friendly, flexible and hospitable! The beach is 2 minutes away, supermarket, cafes and restaurants are also nearby. Surely coming back again!

Everything was fine for us. Perhaps a sturdier mosquito net could be installed in front of all the windows, so that we are better protected at night when the windows are open.

The cottage, located in a quiet little sleepy village, is beautiful and family-run. Despite being a bit old, it is well-kept. However, there are some small inconveniences: accessing with a car is tricky, but the parking is free and well protected, at least during my stay. Moreover, there are few power outlets for charging and the furniture is scarce, with only a small wall closet insufficient for two people if the stay extends beyond a week. The cottage has lovely terraces suitable for a relaxing moment or for breakfast that you can prepare yourself. These terraces overlook a well-maintained garden. Overall, it is a quiet place far from traffic noises.

Located 1 minute from the sea with a private passage to the shore. Excellent solution with keys in the box to better manage the self check-in. Upon arrival, in any case, there was the owner's mother, kind and friendly, who answered all our questions regarding the area. The self-service breakfast with the coffee and cappuccino machine was excellent. The only thing that could be an additional pleasure would be to have fresh croissants to have breakfast on the terrace with sea or garden view, but it's a plus. We stayed 2 nights at the beginning and end of the week and had the same positive impressions. All ok.

I stayed at the B&B Garden House Alla Torre for only two nights but I have promised myself to return next summer for a longer period. Clean, welcoming structure, with a good location halfway between the airport and Palermo. Excellent accommodation, quiet, private parking, good treatment. The villa is located in a very quiet area even though it is a few hundred meters from the town. Structure in order, although it would deserve some minor maintenance to be perfect. Owners available and very discreet. Overall an excellent choice. When I return to Palermo, I will definitely stay in this beautiful villa. Thanks to Tancredi and his mom, Domenico.
