Villa Pia, once a summer retreat for my great-grandmother, retains the charm and warmth of a family home. Located just 4 km from the city center and right by the sea, it is the perfect choice for those looking to combine relaxation with visits to our beautiful city.
The property enjoys a prime location along the salt road and close to the Plemmirio Nature Reserve, providing an authentic experience immersed in nature. The atmosphere is welcoming and familial, ideal for both families and business travelers.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with options available for guests with disabilities. Outside, guests can take advantage of a barbecue area, gazebos, and the opportunity to enjoy breakfast surrounded by greenery.
Villa Pia offers ample parking suitable for cars, campers, and larger vehicles, making the stay convenient and accessible for all needs. Opening our home to tourists allows us to meet people from around the world, enriching the hospitality experience with moments of sharing and discovery.
Our breakfast consists of milk, hot and cold coffee, yogurt, fruit juice, hot and cold tea, and various packaged pastries. Depending on the season, we also offer orange juice or fresh fruit. Additionally, Maurizio prepares something fresh every day, trying to change it up as much as possible so as not to bore our guests, alternating between fantastic doughnuts, tarts, croissants, muffins and crepes. Of course, we also offer omelets, eggs, cold cuts and other items that vary from day to day.
