It was a nice stay in a seafront room with a kitchen. We loved everything. The host was very responsive. We used their garage and were very happy, as there were no free parking spaces around. The kitchen was well equipped.

Very reasonably priced. Didn’t know Palermo so good location for food and the sea. Excellent views and transfers to and from the airport. Comfortable and an excellent base to explore.

Simple and clean room with air conditioning. We appreciated the location just a few steps from the sea and the self check-in, convenient for those arriving in the evening. The only drawback is the limited parking available nearby: since we stayed during the high season, it was difficult to find parking.

Location in the center of Sferracavallo, where there are countless restaurants for all tastes. Equipped with a panoramic terrace with a stunning view of the bay. Welcoming host who provided us with all the necessary information and (excellent) directions for excursions. Unfortunately, I must report 2 flaws: to get the change of bathroom linen, we had to call the host on the fifth day (it was indicated in the notes that there would be a change every 3 days) and we had no change of sheets (8 days without changes). Aside from these shortcomings, which reading other reviews no one has reported (maybe I was unlucky), I recommend the place for those who want to visit Palermo and the western area of Sicily.

We really had a great time, the accommodation is centrally located in Sferracavallo and there are restaurants, tobacco shops, mini-markets, and ATMs practically right outside the door. Strategic location to visit Palermo, Mondello, and Isola delle Femmine which are really close. The view from the terrace is breathtaking and the host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this property over the weekend from March 7 to 9 for the B&B Day. The B&B is well maintained, the apartment was very clean and equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, and air conditioning. Located on the main street of Sferracavallo, the famous village of Palermo, right in front of the famous fish restaurants that characterize the area. Very well connected to the center of Palermo by public transport. The property offers a convenient paid private parking. Overall, we were very satisfied.

The structure has an optimal location, facing the sea with a fantastic solarium, close to all the restaurants, pubs, ice cream shops, and pastry shops in the area. 50 meters away there is the bus stop that connects Sferracavallo with Palermo and Mondello until late in the evening, so it is possible to move even without a car available. The quality-price ratio is excellent and Vincenzo is a very helpful person who provided us with a lot of information that made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I recently stayed at this lovely property with my partner. I must say that I had read many positive reviews and some not so great ones that are simply unfounded. We had a great time. It is located in the center of a seaside town in Palermo, Sferracavallo. So we had everything close by. The owner was very helpful. He showed us different types of rooms besides the one we had booked and I must say they were all well finished and in Sicilian style. We were amazed by the recently renovated sea view terrace, a beauty. The property also has a very convenient elevator. I recommend it with closed eyes. The quality-price ratio is excellent, don't waste time! It's worth its cost for the location, solarium, private parking, and additional services.

At check-in, it felt like being in a marathon. The owner was in a rush, did a quick tour of the apartment and then the payment. I struggled to ask just two questions and to request a map of the area. Meanwhile, my husband was at risk of being crushed by the wardrobe while I was in the office paying. The owner heard a loud noise but, either because he was in a hurry or didn't want to know, he didn't pay attention. The air conditioning was very old and extremely dirty, never sanitized. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, as were the old and flattened pillows. We didn't know that the toilet was for disabled people, making it inconvenient to use because there was no floor support, being too high! The dishes and glasses were dirty. The bathroom sink plug wouldn't close, making it impossible to shave. As for value for money, I would say it was lacking.

Beautiful place, spectacular terrace view where you can comfortably see the fireworks. We took an apartment with a balcony on the main street, 3 minutes from the sea and the local amenities, clean and equipped. The manager is friendly and helpful. I will definitely come back, thanks to manager Vincenzo.

We only spent one night but it deserves a longer stay. Very central structure, a stone's throw from the sea, surrounded by bars and restaurants. Spacious apartment with kitchen and small terrace, functional and comfortable. On the top floor of the building there is a solarium terrace with a view of the bay, unfortunately we did not take advantage of it as we were just passing through. Automatic check-in with all necessary information, private parking not far away. Thank you Vincenzo.
