Excellent organization, very kind owners, parking available, and just a 5-minute walk from the city walls through Porta Elisa. During the Comics period, prices aren't low, but they are reasonable compared to other accommodations.

We loved our stay. The brothers were so nice and helped us every day. Thank you to Daniel's beautiful lady for taking us to the train station on time. The only thing that I missed was having a kettle for my evening tea in our room but it was offered in the Lounge. Our maid was very sweet and everything was very clean. We loved our day with the bikes. Thank you guys.

B&B with private parking a few minutes' walk from the old town. Good welcome, spacious, comfortable and clean rooms and bathroom. Pleasant and bright breakfast room, well-stocked and varied buffet, discreet, efficient and smiling staff. Only downside: insufficient soundproofing of the rooms.

Breakfast is served from 8:20 to 10:00 and for me it should be served at least from 7:30.

Buongiorno, la colazione si può fare a qualsiasi ora, va solamente chiesto, e per colazione abbiamo tantissimi cibi ma non siamo una pasticceria con posti letto. Ieri c'era il concerto di Zucchero pertanto era impensabile trovare camere a buon prezzo, noi abbiamo dato il massimo e lei era soddisfatto stamattina quindi grazie e arrivederci. Saluti. Gabriele.

Very clean structure and very helpful owners. Good breakfast with high quality products. I recommend visitors to Lucca to visit the sanctuary of Santa Gemma (a stone's throw from the structure), Pisa and Viareggio are a 30-minute drive away.

Quality/price ratio not good because during the Lucca Comics period the prices were doubled (one night for four people 220 euros). In other periods, I consider them more reasonable.

La ricevuta fiscale è stata regolarmente emessa ma non è stata da lei ritirata.
