We had a wonderful time in Florence! Fernanda was an amazing host. After arriving, we sat in the kitchen together and she gave us a map with tons of suggestions marked out. Throughout the stay, she checked in on us to make sure everything was going well with the room and always asked us what we did during the day. We stayed in the "Sun Room". The room was nicely decorated and the AC after a long day in the sun was amazing. There was also filtered drinking water from the kitchen sink, so we could fill up our water bottles for the day. The next time we're in Florence, we'll definitely be staying at Tre Gigli again. Thank you so much, Fernanda!

I'd like to thank Fernanda for her wonderful hospitality. She is very knowledgeable about Florence's cultural heritage and told me about several hidden gems that I hadn't seen before, even though I'd already seen almost all of Florence's main tourist attractions. The room was even larger than it appeared in photos. There was even a drink prepared for me in the kitchen refrigerator. Breakfast isn't provided, but coffee, tea, and biscuits were available in the kitchen, which was more than enough for me. One thing to note: as this is a historic building, the stairs leading to the entrance on the first floor are narrow and a bit worn. Please be careful if you have large luggage.

Our stay was wonderful! We were in the big room with our own private bathroom. The room was beautiful and really cozy, the bed comfortable and the whole place was very clean. Fernanda was always helpful and nice. The location of the place couldn’t be better: 4 minutes from the train station and walking distance from everything. We did not take a single tram/bus! Totally recommended.

I would highly recommend this B&B. Very nice and hospitable host - she would tell you all the great places to visit and things to do in Florence. The location is prime, right in the center of Florence. The place is very clean and has everything you need. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Staying here was such a joy. Fernanda was an absolutely incredible host, she took the time to greet us with snacks and highlight all of her recommendations on maps when we first arrived and walked us through everything. We ended up asking her for recommendations multiple times a day because everywhere she sent us was absolutely incredible. She was super communicative and always got back to us very quickly, she really went above and beyond as a host. If she recommends a restaurant, you HAVE to eat there. Thanks to her, we had some of the best and most authentic meals we’ve had in Italy. Every location she sent us to was incredible and not to be missed. The apartment was incredible, it was super comfortable and clean with a stunning location, we ended up walking pretty much everywhere because we were that close, plus proximity to the train station. The street was quiet enough to sleep at night and we felt really safe there. It was a home away from home, more than any hotel room could have been. We did not want to leave and will absolutely stay here again if we ever pass through. Thank you Fernanda!

Our family of seven loved our stay here. It was just a few minutes from the train station and easily walkable to all the sites in Florence. Fernanda met us personally at check-in, oriented us to the apartments, and gave us her best tips for visiting Florence. This place was amazing, to say the very least! Located approximately a 10-minute walk from the local train station, this property was clean, organized, and had a super cute design layout. This property offers everything you could want in a vacation rental to make it feel like home. Fernanda was an absolutely wonderful host! She was so nice and helpful in helping us navigate the city and recommending local attractions we should visit. She was also very communicative and always quickly responded to any questions or requests that we had. If we were to visit Florence in the future, we would definitely try and stay here again. Fernanda's place was a lovely home base for a too short 2-night trip I made to Florence. It was a ten-minute walk to/from the train station, and situated within a 15-minute walk from everything I wanted to do in the city. Although there is not an official breakfast, Fernanda does provide some tea and coffee for you to make as you wish, small cakes, and yogurt for you to consume as either a light breakfast or a snack during the day. It was a very cozy place and a great value for everything it has to offer. Fernanda herself was also a communicative, kind, and helpful host. A really terrific overall stay.

B&B Tre Gigli is a hidden gem in Florence. Fernanda, our host, is SUPER accommodating. We were supposed to meet her at the place but she even went out to look for us when we were just minutes behind, making it easier for us to find the place. Right from the get-go, she started giving us tips and info around the area. When we arrived at the place, she offered drinks and snacks and a little tour of the place. She had everything already set up, even a map of Florence with all the details we wanted to see, should see, and free things to do while we were here. The actual place is very homey and cozy. We chose the big room since it has 2 beds. She warned us that it can get noisy since it's right by the street side and there are a couple of restaurants around. But honestly, you can only hear the crowds when you leave the windows open, but closed it's tolerable. The bathroom is a bit tight but it's clean and does the job. There's also a fully equipped cute kitchen you can use. Overall, Fernanda's hospitality is the highlight of our stay at B&B Tre Gigli, her genuine personality really shines. Would highly recommend 10/10.

Our stay at the B&B Tre Gigli was extremely pleasant, the apartment is very cozy and clean, equipped with everything you might need. It is located 5 minutes from the train station Firenze Santa Maria Novella and about 10 minutes from the Florence Cathedral. Fernanda was very helpful, advising us on places to visit and giving us lots of information on public transport, restaurants and good bakeries in the neighborhood. She also updated us regularly on any events or things we might be interested in. We are very happy with our experience and Fernanda was a wonderful host.

Perfect temporary home in the center of Florence! The apartment was very spacious and charming to have to ourselves and Fernanda was an amazing host. Everyone at the B&B Tre Gigli was friendly and welcoming. Their breakfast was the best I had among the 5 places I stayed. Fernande offered fresh apples, bananas, oranges. There were toast, three assortments of little wrapped breakfast brioches. Two kinds of wrapped little treats, I liked the one in the refrigerator, with chocolate on it. Milk in the refrigerator. Teas and coffee. I liked that they offered a plug-in tea maker. I used it to make instant coffee. They offered coffee, but you had to turn on the yellow knob for the gas on the wall, then turn on the gas on the stove. I could do all of that, but I was afraid that I would melt the handle on the small coffee pot. It was here that I had my first "cherry Jelly", it is now my favorite kind. I liked that the door on the street of the B&B locked, I felt very safe and secure. Tre Gigli offers all kinds of maps and books on visiting Florence. Fernande walked me to the tram at Santa Maria Novella, (only about 1.5 to 2 blocks away), she was helping me understand how to get the tram to the airport.

A very nice and clean place close to almost all the touristic places (we just needed to walk to visit everywhere) and several shops nearby, kind host, and well-equipped house. Tre Gigli is very convenient, close to the station, in an easy street with several restaurants and a bank ATM close by. The rooms are clean and comfortable but a little crowded with furniture and knick-knacks. There is not much space for luggage in the rooms and the kitchen, while fully equipped, is small. There are four flights of stairs to reach the apartment. Fernanda, the owner, is very nice and accommodating and made our stay very comfortable. However, communication with her is challenging, she lost our reservation after confirming it but was quick to re-establish it. She speaks better French than English so translation-assisted Whats App works better than direct communication and if you don't speak Italian I wouldn't recommend calling.

Fernanda is very welcoming and provides great orientation to the city. In addition to the city map she gave us, she has several brochures and books to consult - very nice resources. The cost is right for Florence - a tourist city where everything is expensive. A real big bed (not two singles stuck together) and a comfortable room (it's better to book the room near the kitchen as it overlooks the backyard - less street noise); the only downside is the shared shower and toilet that must be shared with two other rooms. This may require some planning if everyone has to leave early, but a very small inconvenience for a very well located place (a few minutes from the station) and tourist attractions. Small fresh pasta store on the same street a few steps away - an authentic cheap dinner! Highly recommended! Thank you Fernanda for a very pleasant stay!

We stayed at this B&B and we were very satisfied. Well-maintained, clean structure in an ideal location for visiting the center. Mrs. Fernanda was truly exceptional! First, she gave us advice and suggestions for organizing our city visit, and once we arrived, she was always available to provide us with further explanations and detailed directions. The little kitchen is equipped with everything you need to make a coffee or herbal tea and eat a small packaged treat. We highly recommend this B&B.

After staying two nights at this bed and breakfast, I can say with certainty that I had a really good time. There are several positive aspects of this property, such as the availability and kindness of Mrs. Fernanda, who also provided us with a map explaining in detail how to reach the city's most important monuments and museums. At the same time, the cleanliness of the room and the proximity to both the station and the center were crucial. Overall, I think it is really convenient for anyone who wants to visit all of Florence while still having a reference point to return to.

I am really satisfied with my weekend of love (even if short), Mrs. Fernanda was amazingly kind and cheerful, always available she managed to follow us from a distance giving us lots of information about places to visit. Excellent hospitality and a lot of courtesy. Extreme care in the furniture and cleaning of the premises. Comfortable rooms, rich and varied breakfast to meet every need. The B&B Tre Gigli has a strategic location to reach, within a few minutes walk, the Santa Maria Novella Station and all the museums, the splendid squares and the wonderful historical sites of Florence.

Positive experience. Fernanda was welcoming and made the short stay very comfortable! She proved to be very helpful and prompt in meeting every need or request. The stairs were a bit tiring, but overall the location is strategic, very convenient for any destination. The trattoria Il Contadino right next to the door deserves a perfect score!

Premesso che le valutazioni dipendono anche dalla sensibilità personale, sono rimasta perplessa dalla vostra, signori Katia e Massimo. # 6 sulla voce PULIZIA (il mio pallino), # 8 sulla voce GESTORE (mia assistenza completa e gratuita, con il valore aggiunto di Guida Turistica quale sono, dal primo giorno di richiesta informazioni, all'ultimo del soggiorno), # 5 sulla voce COLAZIONE, che può essere fatta a scelta: Self service a casa con latte, caffè, vari tipi di tè, banane, succhi di diversi gusti, brioche varie, yogurt bianco e alla frutta, burro, marmellata, biscotti, acqua potabile, sempre a disposizione, per cioè non solo al mattino; in alternativa possibilità di fare colazione in 2 bar vicino casa a scelta (brioche e bevuta) ed avendo comunque sempre a disposizione quanto prima elencato. # 6 voce RAPPORTO qualità-prezzo, cioè se interpreto bene: la casa non era pulita, io potevo dare di più, la colazione era meglio farla altrove, quindi ci meritiamo una MEDIOCRE SUFFICIENZA. The strong point of B&B Tre Gigli is the hostess, Mrs. Fernanda, who is very hospitable. She welcomed us and provided us with very useful directions to move around Florence. The house is very convenient to the station and a stone's throw from the center. The cleanliness is impeccable, the rooms are small but cozy. The shared bathroom is always tidy. There is the possibility of dining at home or having breakfast at the bar near the B&B.

The B&B Tre Gigli, located in the heart of the city, offered us a truly excellent service: starting from Mrs. Fernanda, already a tourist guide first out of passion then as a profession, who, understanding our needs, even contacted us a few days before advising us to book some museums in advance (Uffizi and Accademia Museum) to avoid the daily queues; on-site she immediately made herself available creating a cultural itinerary tailored to our needs and preferences, all places of interest within walking distance from the accommodation.\n\nWell-equipped kitchen, used by us every evening, and bathroom are shared with the other rooms and the 'overlap' of use was very rare (perhaps because normally dinner is eaten out).\n\nAlso appreciated the presence of shampoo and conditioner in the shower.\n\nThe location and the excellent management of Mrs. Fernanda really made the difference for an unforgettable holiday in Florence.

Promesso che non posso offrire torte fatte in casa per la normativa vigente, offro 3 possibilità: self service in casa: latte, caffè, tisane, cioccolata, succhi di frutta, the freddo, plumage, merendine al cioccolata, biscotti, marmellatine, burrini, a volta anche banane e yogurt. Tutto questo è sempre a disposizione in cucina, anche fuori orario di colazione. Inoltre in 2 bar vicino casa, a scelta, si può fare la classica colazione italiana, con brioche e cappuccino, in uno dei 2 bar vicino casa. Riscuotendo per una doppia 55 Euro, con aria condizionata e colazione, con pernottamento solo di 1 notte, con ricevuta fiscale, accetto volentieri consigli su cosa devo offrire x avere il punteggio più alto. We stayed for two days in a room with a shared bathroom. Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful, quiet, clean, and welcoming like the structure. The extremely kind owner assisted us in everything, from directions to the free luggage storage on the day of departure. We had a great time thanks to many small attentions. We thought that the shared bathroom could be a problem, but everything was perfect. In the early morning, there was already someone cleaning it in turns, so it was always perfect. Moreover, the area is full of restaurants, bars, and in no time you are close to all the main attractions. We will come back because we felt welcomed and comfortable.

Per dare indicazioni sulla gestione del mio B&B, do qualche chiarimento (utile soprattutto ai futuri ospiti), in merito ai 2 punti in cui ho avuto un punteggio inferiore alla media. VOCE GESTORE punteggio 8 Sabato 5 maggio, avendo io un esame da sostenere, dunque non potendo fare personalmente il checkin ai signori, ho delegato una persona di mia fiducia ad accogliere il signor Daniele, facendogli trovare tutto pronto, nonostante fossero le h.9.30 del mattino: camera pronta (che corse!), mappa con tour evidenziato, biglietti da visita per i ristoranti in convenzione, bagno condiviso pulito dalla signora delle pulizie e presenza di altra signora delegata al checkin (dunque 2 persone a disposizione affinchè tutto fosse pulito, in ordine e pronto per le 9.30). Mi ero tenuta in contatto con gli ospiti precedentemente con whatsapp; sono passata in serata al bb per conoscerli e -non avendoli incontrati- sono ripassata appositamente al mattino della domenica: infatti ci siamo salutati. Non posso esserci sempre e solo io a fare i checkin, ma gli Ospiti saranno comunque coccolati da persone delegate. VOCE COLAZIONE 7 La colazione è inclusa e può essere fatta self service in casa. In cucina sono disponibili: plumcake diversi confezionati, succo di frutta, yougurt, banane, burrini, marmellata, fette biscottate e i soliti drink caffè, latte, cappuccino solubile, thè di vario tipo e tisane. Chi non ha voglia o tempo di prepararsi la colazione, può recarsi in uno dei 2 bar vicino casa e usufruire di cornetto e solito drink tipico della colazione italiana, anche seduti. Non sono autorizzata a fare torte in casa, e me ne spiace, ma la legge dà precise indicazoni su questo. Grazie dell'attenzione. Fernanda.

I stayed for a week at the B&B Tre Gigli run by Mrs. Fernanda. I felt at home, everything very welcoming and a hostess always attentive to my needs and never intrusive. Fernanda, the manager of the property, was very caring and kind. Cleanliness and courtesy for a property obtained from an apartment with 3 rooms, one of which is large (mine for 3 people), a bathroom, equipped kitchen, and Wi-Fi. Located between the center and the station, but practically in the center. Fernanda really facilitated everything for us: a map of Florence with the itinerary to do for 2 days; fair price. I definitely recommend it.
