Guests stay in a private apartment on the first floor of the villa, featuring three bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, one bathroom, Wi-Fi and outdoor areas where they can relax in a peaceful woodland setting.
On the ground floor there is a dedicated breakfast room, one of the aspects of our hospitality we care about most. Breakfast is a simple and welcoming moment, designed to help guests start the day at a relaxed pace before setting off to explore the surrounding area.

Breakfast is served in the spacious living room and, when the weather allows, it can also be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the woods, surrounded by the peaceful atmosphere of the Pizzorne.
