The estate offers accommodation in four spacious and well-appointed apartments, where exclusivity and comfort blend in an authentic atmosphere. Each unit, decorated in rustic Tuscan style, is designed to ensure independence and practicality, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, living room, comfortable bedrooms, private bathroom, safe, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, and bed and bath linens. To enhance the experience, each apartment has its own furnished private garden, complete with a gazebo or covered pergola and barbecue, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners with views of the countryside.

The true heart of the property is the outdoor area, where a saltwater pool with natural purification, exclusively for guests, is located in the center of the garden and available from May 1st to September 30th. Here, guests can alternate between sunbathing and enjoying pleasant moments of socializing under the gazebo, all while soaking in the tranquility of nature.
