Description Breakfast
Our bed and breakfast features a double room with a private bathroom, television, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Guests can access the B&B's kitchen, allowing them to prepare breakfast, which can be enjoyed in the communal area or on the porch, according to their preference. Additionally, a shared refrigerator is available for use.

Next to the B&B, our agritourism establishment “La Fontanina” provides alternative accommodation options with four mini-apartments and a studio. The amenities include a porch and a garden equipped with sun loungers and a swing, perfect for relaxation. Furthermore, we offer free parking for our guests.

Our B&B is located in the heart of Maremma, in Marsiliana, conveniently positioned halfway between the beaches and sea of Argentario and the hills with the Saturnia thermal baths. Just 15 minutes from Capalbio and its enchanting Tarot Garden, this location is ideal for exploring the region, uncovering breathtaking landscapes, local traditions, and unforgettable views.

In the equipped kitchen you can prepare: tea, coffee, cappuccino, milk, latte macchiato and accompany them with croissants, breakfast desserts, biscuits, cornflakes, rusks with honey, jam and hazelnut spread. The refrigerator houses yogurt, juices and when possible fruit of our own production. Breakfast can be consumed in the common room or, alternatively, on the porch of the B&B when the season allows it.

A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature and the sea, easily accessible. The rooms are spacious, bright, and clean, as well as equipped with fantastic air conditioning. The hospitality throughout the stay was exceptional, making me feel at home. The breakfast is rich and varied, including delicious homemade jams. I hope to return soon!

We really liked the structure. It is new, clean and offers a plentiful breakfast. It is located in a strategic point between the sea and the countryside of Maremma. What about Mrs. Lavinia? She is a very kind and always available person. We will definitely come back.

The structure is new, very well-kept, very clean, the breakfast is good and abundant. The owner Lavinia is very kind and always available. The place is convenient both for going to the sea and for the inland locations. Everything is great, I will definitely come back!

With Da Lavinia B&B we had a great time, it made us feel part of its family, wonderful people like few others, very clean, spacious, and brand new rooms. The whole location, including the wonderful porch to relax, can be considered the top compared to the rest we found during our travels. We hope to come back. See you soon.
