"iarsera" is a welcoming guest house, totally renovated in its interior.

Located in the Sant'Anna district, 800 meters from the Walls of Lucca; its location is perfect for visiting the historic center on foot but also for enjoying a day visit to Pisa, Florence, the seaside of Viareggio or the San Giuliano Baths; in fact, all of them are easily reachable by bus or train (the stations are 1 km and 2 km away respectively) or by car (2 km from the Lucca Est and Lucca Ovest motorway exits).

On the ground floor there's an apartment, accessible to people with disabilities or mobility difficulties, equipped with a private bathroom, living room with kitchen and closet.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, each with internal and private bathroom.

All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with hairdryer, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, fridge.

Additional bed for children, available on request in most rooms.

Possibility to return at any time of day or night, easy parking nearby.

One (1) parking space available upon reservation.

Breakfast, if included in the room rate, will be offered in one of the best pastry shops in Lucca, located just 200 meters from the property. The owner, Carlo, who welcomed us, was very kind. The communication in advance and also during the stay to get some inside tips was a pleasure. There is no breakfast available, but the pasticceria "Stella" is a great option nearby and we received a €6 coupon for it. We also felt very comfortable thanks to the clean and beautiful room. We can only recommend Iarsera.

We were really excited about our apartment. Everything is newly renovated. The kitchen was large and offers everything you need. The rest of the apartment was super equipped. We could even park our car right in front of the door. The owner Carlo was super friendly and was available to help us all the time with advice and assistance. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center of Lucca. So perfect location. We will definitely come back.

Accommodation very new, clean. Room very spacious and pleasant. Quiet environment. Host very kind and interested in facilitating the stay in Lucca. 10 minutes walk from the historic center. There is a place 2 minutes away to have breakfast.

Mr. Carlo is nothing short of exceptional and very helpful for anything you might need. Very kind and very empathetic in communicating and dialoguing. The room was spotless in every respect, I have never seen such an orderly room with everything necessary even in luxury hotels. Congratulations. This is my place for when I return to Lucca.

I had a wonderful time at IARSERA. The host was super kind and very helpful: he literally "bombarded" me with useful information about restaurants, pizzerias, and everything I might need during my stay. Always present and 100% attentive, with great flexibility in timings. The location is impeccable: new, fragrant, and above all, spotlessly clean – a quality that is far from taken for granted. The shower, almost as big as a bathtub, is excellent. I also appreciated the little details: I found fresh water already in the fridge, an electric kettle ready to use, with a selection of herbal teas and teas available. The location is also great: about a 15-minute walk from the famous "Antico Caffè delle Mura." If I return next year for the Lucca Marathon 2026, it will definitely be my reference point.

Una piccola precisazione sulla posizione, così che chi leggerà questa recensione possa avere tutte le informazioni: la struttura, come indicato sul sito, dista 10 minuti a piedi dalle Mura di Lucca (20 minuti a piedi da Piazza San Michele, ovvero il "Centro del Centro storico"). L'auto può essere utile per chi non vuole (o ha difficoltà a) camminare a lungo; in tutti i casi bisogna tenere conto che non si può arrivare con l'auto fino al "pieno centro" bensì parcheggiare, a pagamento, fuori dalla ZTL. One word: excellent! We stayed for two nights and everything was perfect: brand new room equipped with every comfort, impeccable cleanliness, very nice bathroom (especially the stunning and huge shower), very convenient location to reach the historic center on foot. Plus, the owner proved to be an extremely polite and helpful person. If I were to return to Lucca, I would not hesitate to return to this B&B.

We stayed in this splendid B&B with my wife, our daughter, and another couple, and we couldn't have asked for more. The location is simply perfect, just steps from the walls of Lucca, ideal for visiting the city comfortably. We stayed in the apartment, which was very spacious, clean, and equipped with everything. With a 10-minute walk, you are at the city gates, Porta S.Anna. The manager Carlo is a wonderful person, the room is very nice and comfortable with a large bathroom and a large shower, very clean. The location is fine, 10 meters from the historic center. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in Lucca.

The location is quite close to the center (15 minutes on foot), the structure is new and the room is clean. The highlight of this bed and breakfast is the availability of the manager. He provided us with all the directions on how to reach the center, he reserved a room for us to store our luggage because we arrived before check in and made sure it was in the room when we returned. Even, since we arrived by train, he came of his own accord to pick us up at the station. I recommend.

My partner and I spent two nights in the comfortable structure. Everything is new, equipped with every comfort, taken care of in detail, and we got to know (even though we did not have the pleasure of meeting him in person) the host, Carlo. He was very helpful in everything, even guiding us through the discovery of Lucca and the restaurants in the city, as well as its history and attractions. We had breakfast at one of the best pastry bars in Lucca, recommended by him and with which he has a convention through a voucher. Well-organized structure, very helpful owner, and very close to the center of Lucca (10 minutes on foot). It is advisable to book parking, although we managed to park comfortably with the help of the owner, even with two motorcycles.

We are a family of 3 people (with a 3-year-old child). We rented the accommodation with a kitchen. The house is brand new, equipped with everything and very clean. The manager is extremely kind and helpful. Breakfast is not provided, but we found some snacks and coffee at home. Additionally, there is a very good pastry shop/bar just a short walk from the house. The location of the house is optimal for visiting the city center.

Bright, comfortable room with every comfort and brand new furnishings, very clean, spacious bathroom. The manager is truly courteous and helpful. I will definitely return to stay here if I have the opportunity.

It was a great stay, the room was new, spacious and clean. The property is very close to the center, we chose it for an event at the Lucca Summer Festival where we could walk. Last but not least, Carlo, the host, was really kind and helpful, absolutely recommended!
