Giuseppe, the host, is running a very nice BnB in the heart of Viareggio just next to the beach and the main promenade with a lot of restaurants and bars. He's a very welcoming guy and made our stay very pleasant. The breakfast is usually served at 9am earliest, but he didn't hesitate to prepare one for us earlier when I asked him. He's very communicative and responded to all our requests via email very fast and even installed Signal on his phone when we were talking about it. All in all, I totally recommend this nice and clean place - will definitely come back, if I'm around.

The host is very pleasant and kind. She will help you find nice places to visit, places to eat, bus numbers and other small things. She is always available on WhatsApp. The location is beautiful. The bathroom was not in the room and was very small. However, it was private, which did not spoil the impression of the trip. I would like to go back.

The structure is mainly essential. The bathroom is very narrow and small. The shower with a curtain flooded all over the tiles.

B&B in excellent location. Large and clean room. We had a great time and being close to both the sea and just 18 minutes walk from the station very useful for both a day at the beach and to use the station and visit beautiful cities such as Pisa, Lucca and Florence.

La Casa sul Molo is a wonderful place to spend the holidays: the rooms are comfortable and clean; the location is excellent as it is close to a free beach and to the baths of Viareggio, as well as to the promenade full of shops, bars, and restaurants. The managers are kind and extremely helpful, they can advise very well regarding restaurants, bars, clubs, areas of interest. I recommend everyone to visit this place.

I stayed for 4 days at the property and I had a great time. Central location, a stone's throw from the promenade and restaurants. For parking, I found a spot near the shipyards on the white lines very close to the B&B. Highly recommended.

Great weekend in Viareggio. We had a great time, beautiful and well-kept room, spacious and perfect bathroom. Perfect location, in front of the canal, close to the sea and the center.
