Description Breakfast
La Corte di Stelio is a charming bed and breakfast located just a 5-6 minute walk from Pisa's Galileo Galilei Airport, making it perfect for those with early morning flights or late evening arrivals. It's also conveniently situated only 10 minutes on foot from Pisa Centrale train station and 15 minutes from the historic city center, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.

Surrounded by a spacious and well-maintained garden, La Corte di Stelio provides a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Guests can take advantage of a private, fenced parking area located in the olive grove in front of the property, which is also suitable for extended stays. Inside, a large lounge is available for relaxation, and in the morning, guests can enjoy a hearty continental breakfast served from 7:30 to 10:00.

The rooms are available in double (also for single use), triple, or quadruple configurations, each equipped with private bathrooms, air conditioning, satellite LCD TVs, and Wi-Fi. Daily cleaning and linen changes every three days ensure maximum comfort during your stay.

The establishment also offers additional services for a complete experience: car and bicycle rentals, bus tickets available on-site, and free parking for guests. Sweet products plus a platter with cheese and ham or scusage. We will be happy to find gluten-free or dairy-free with the express request well in advance. You will find handcrafted cakes of fine Tuscan producers, fresh pastas but also retail cakes, all purchased packaged or otherwise as prescribed by we are not a country house and cannot provide products of our production). And then, rusks, biscuits, cornflakes, milk rolls and slices of Tuscan bread, jams, honey, butter, milk, yogurt, orange juice, various types of tea, chamomile. The room is equipped with: microwave oven, and a kettle. The Hall has no cooking gas for safety reasons.

I only had one night here, but it was excellent. The room was spacious and there was an excellent breakfast in the morning. It is a short walk to Pisa Centrale and the airport. Highly recommended, and I definitely hope to stay again the next time I am in Pisa.

The family room is a bit small, but for one night it is all you need when flying out the next morning. You can sit outside comfortably. Arriving earlier than communicated resulted in a not-so-warm welcome, unfortunately.

I would like to say that the property was perfect for our one-night stay. It was very close and convenient to the airport, which is why we chose this bed and breakfast. It was very clean and a welcome change from our previous accommodation. We would choose to stay here again as our host was very welcoming. The room was perfect for our needs. We only stayed for one night before an early flight. The host was very friendly and helpful. There is a bus stop right by the B&B, making it very easy to get to the centre. Our only remark was the noise: we wanted to sleep early because of our flight, but you can hear everything in the room. I would advise taking some earplugs. Otherwise it was very clean and a nice stay.

We really appreciated how close the house was to the airport and how easy it was to reach the city center by bus. Your tip about the scenic walk to the Leaning Tower was perfect! A solid B&B, especially if you need access to the airport in Pisa. The room was clean and comfortable, and the host was responsive. I would also recommend that if your primary goal is visiting the Leaning Tower, you find a hotel located between the train station and Piazza del Duomo(where the Leaning Tower is). It’s about a 40-minute walk back and some areas felt a bit sketchy at night: we passed street vendors physically fighting. Breakfast could be improved: it was mostly carbs and leftover cakes from the previous day.

This lovely B&B is very convenient for the airport. It is set in beautiful gardens and has secure off-street parking. It is a short, inexpensive taxi ride to the Piazza del Duomo and the Leaning Tower.

It is a very practical accommodation, when you come from the airport, and quite close to the train station. The breakfast was good, on the other hand there is a lot of noise in the morning from the nearby highway.

We loved our stay at La Corte di Stelio, what a beautiful start to our Italian trip, only minutes on foot from Pisa airport. The spacious garden room was perfect for our needs, the atmosphere at the guest house is calm and welcoming. The garden is a beautiful space to relax in after a long day of travel, we will return for another night before we leave Italy and would stay there again any time we are in Pisa.

Perfect Location B&B. We had a late-night flight (which was also delayed), so we asked for a late check-in after midnight, and the host kindly accepted our request without hesitation 🥹🫶🏻. We stayed at this B&B on the first and last nights of our Italy trip, and it was truly the best choice we could have made. The host was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and in great condition. The mattress was a bit sunken, but aside from that, everything was perfect. If I visit Pisa again, I’m sure I’ll stay at this B&B again! Really, thank you from the bottom of my heart! 💖

La Corte di Stelio is just about 5 minutes by foot from Pisa airport.\n\nWe were given a warm welcome by our host who toured us around the B&B and large and beautiful garden.\nThere is also an area where kids can play both outside and inside in the kitchen area.\n\nOur hosts Simone and Luca also told us that we could use the kitchen during the day and evening for a late cup of tea/coffee.\n\nThey also had tickets for sale for the local buses. The bus stop is exactly outside the B&B.\n\nThe room and ensuite are spacious and impeccably clean.\n\nThank you for a marvellous 5 days.

The room and ensuite were absolutely clean. Bed was very comfy. There is a safe carpark nearby which is locked and we left our car there overnight. It's in walking distance of the airport and the railway station. The owner was very friendly and helpful and lent us an umbrella. There's a very nice breakfast room that was already open when we went down at 07:30. Lots of choice and a very good coffee machine. Even though the B&B was very close to the airport, you cannot hear any noise from the planes. Will definitely go back there, the next time we are in Pisa.

La Corte di Stelio is a charming property, with a beautiful garden where you can read, drink your coffee, and have a quiet time. The room was clean, spacious for a single, as well as the bathroom. The breakfast is diverse and tasty, the atmosphere is pleasant in the morning, with nice conversations over a coffee. Simone and Luca are attentive, flexible hosts, they provide you with the necessary information, the video with the road from the airport is ingenious and useful. Right in front of the gate is a bus stop, tickets can be bought at the B&B. It is a 6-minute walk from the airport to the B&B, 20 minutes to the train station, around 35 minutes to the tower and other tourist attractions in the center. I felt good at La Corte di Stelio, I will come back someday, I will recommend it to my friends.

La Corte di Stelio was an ideal choice for us, located close to the airport which we liked for its convenience, as we were traveling with lots of heavy luggage and had a flight to catch the following morning. Luca, the host, also accommodated an early check-in for us, which was greatly appreciated so we could make the most of our 1 day in Pisa and provided great recommendations for restaurants. We enjoy quieter neighbourhoods and didn't find the walk into the historical centre too long at all. We had plenty of time to enjoy a lovely lunch, visit the sites, and then have an amazing dinner as well, before returning to the B&B. Our room on the ground floor was spacious and clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We did not have breakfast at the property (don't like to eat before a flight) but we were able to enjoy some coffee in the morning which was so kind of them. The offerings looked plentiful and would definitely recommend adding breakfast to your stay as it is a beautiful room to relax in and the hospitality was very warm.

We had an overnight at La Corte di Stelio because of an early flight from Pisa the next day. We reached the B&B after a 10 min walk from the train station. The airport is only a 6 min walk. Therefore the stay served our needs for 100%. The room was spacious with a good bed and clean bathroom. Although it was close to the airport, at night there are (almost) no flights. In the evening we had a great pizza @ pizzeria La tana. We didn’t have breakfast because of the early hour we had to leave. If we ever fly again from Pisa this B&B is on our list.

We stayed there two times. The first was the night we arrived and the second the night before we left Pisa. The location is great: we walked to and from the airport. It only takes about eight minutes. You need GPS to efficiently get you there. The first night our room was next to the reception area and was too noisy. The second night we were given a room in the garden. That room was big, quiet and nice. It was perfect for our needs. Beds and pillows were good. Overall a very good value.

The flight was delayed, so the arrival was beyond the opening times to admit guests. It proved to be no great problem and for a small charge (very fair) we were greeted on arrival and immediately given access to the room. For me, this place is a gem that I always use when arriving or departing Pisa Airport. Very friendly and helpful. Easy access to Pisa center and railway station.

Very helpful host, provided prepurchased bus tickets and information. Food and water available freely. Made cappuccino on request at breakfast time. Walking distance from airport. What a pleasant surprise to find old world charm and hospitality a 7 minute walk from the Pisa airport. The BnB is 1 minute from a bus to town. There is a neighborhood. The hotel is not isolated. We left a week's worth of pills in the bathroom and one of the staff ran them to us at the airport where he located us standing in line. Rooms on the first floor may be awakened by early travelers wheeling their luggage through gravel outside the bedroom door. Ask for a room where you won't hear that.

The host very kindly let us check in early as we wanted to leave our luggage while we explored Pisa. The bus stop is outside the property for a very easy ride to the centre. We felt it was a home from home with no restrictions on where we relaxed be it the house or garden and access to everything in the kitchen food and drink wise. An honesty box for chilled beers and water is also a lovely touch. We left for an early flight at 4am - literally a few minutes walk to the departure entrance. Even though we left at ridiculous o’clock, the host ensured breakfast was available to us. We really enjoyed our last night there in Italy, would definitely recommend, particularly for access to Pisa central and airport (and the generosity of the host!).

Very well situated for the airport - no more than 10 minutes walk - and easy to find, but in a quiet residential area. Host and family were welcoming and able to accommodate an early check-in. Room was comfortable; comfy bed, plenty of hot water. Breakfast, taken in quirky breakfast room, was fresh, varied and plentiful. Also, only a ten-minute walk to the train station (for regular trains to Florence) and twenty-five minutes to main attractions in Pisa.

We are so happy we found this place for our one night stopover in Pisa. It has great character and everyone we met was helpful, friendly and genuine. We would gladly stay longer and use it as a base to explore Pisa and its environs. It is just a short (about 500m) walk from the airport. There is a roadway nearby but the sound is muted as it seems well shielded. Sitting outside it's the sound of the birds we notice. This is so different from larger hotel establishments. We just love it.

B & B located in a quiet street. About 500 meters from the airport, no noise only 1 plane heard each day around 6am. Railway station 900 meters straight down the road. Start of the town center under the railway station & another 300-400 meters away. Leaning tower about 4.1km. Bus 3+ right outside B&B. Beautiful old world B&B with rustic furniture, good size high ceiling rooms, tight bathroom. Very good size small fridge. Comfortable bed. They do not like eating in rooms but all full use of breakfast area on the ground floor. The B&B booking platform does ask you to advise of arrival time, which we did not do as we are traveling all over Italy for 90 days & stop regularly so have no idea of our journey, on arrival at 1pm. They were resting, eating time, we did interrupt their lunch, but they were kind enough to book us in. Sorry. If driving, pull up across the road in the loading zone. Buzz in, unload, then drive around the block, about 1km stopping around the corner just before the Hotel across the road, unlock the gate & park, short walk to the B&B. The breakfast area has many old furnishings, a collection of miniature cars, some bikes etc. Breakfast is managed to limit the amount on show to guests to keep it fresh & is topped up as needed. Tea, English breakfast, coffee machine/ Two types of bread, toaster, croissants/ pasties etc. A couple of meat slices & a cheese slice. Jams, two juices. Apples, yogurt in the fridge & 3 cereals. A tart & a large cake. Two brother-in-laws manage the business, the one with short ginger hair is very good & helpful, setting up a great breakfast & offering coffee set up by 7.30 as they state. The second one with dark curly hair, more relaxed, on day 2 we arrived at breakfast at 7.50, nothing set up he arrived at 8am, started setting up offered no coffee as he was more interested in having coffee & something to eat. Not a good impression to guests. I would have given a higher rating if the short-haired friendly guy was in control, he was so helpful and made sure we felt at home. Different personalities between the two. I guess people book for two main reasons, Parking (our reason) & price as they have a very high booking rate. The garden areas are lovely, we sat outside & enjoyed a nice drink & nibbles. I also found the Beer fridge prices at reception very well priced.

The structure close to the airport and the city is great. The atmosphere is charming, as is the warm welcome by the host. Also, the nice garden is great, especially in the summer. Breakfast is very basic, I would appreciate some more fresh bread and a bigger variety of fruit. My experience was really good. Very charming property. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and most importantly, so quiet that you did not hear airplanes even though it is so close to the airport. I did not have time to taste the breakfast because of an early flight, but the hosts were so charming and left you the option of keeping something in the kitchen for you to self-service something before the regular breakfast time if you wish. I recommend this property.

We stopped overnight before our flight back to Pisa. The property was very convenient to the airport with overnight street parking, quaint and the host was very helpful. We were able to buy some refreshments in the evening and went out to a nearby area where there were some neighbourhood restaurants. The host left a delicious buffet breakfast for us that we were able to access before our 7am flight. We were very happy with our choice.

I cannot recommend La Corte di Stelio highly enough. We received a very warm welcome from Giacomo, who allowed us to drop off our bags early in the morning, before heading off to spend the day in Pisa. When we checked into our room we were delighted to find that it was spacious, impeccably clean and very comfortable. The location is perfect for getting to Pisa airport, as well as for accessing the train station and city centre on foot. Although we didn't spend much time there, the property benefits from a lovely garden, which would be a nice option for relaxing in or if you had kids who wanted to play. Very nice B&B really close to the airport, which was greatly appreciated since we had an early morning flight back home from Italy. The B&B is about a 5-minute walk from the airport and about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. We also walked to the Leaning Tower, which was about 30-40 minutes away. If you choose to travel by bus to the city center, there is a bus stop just outside the B&B. The host was friendly and helpful, and our triple room was nice and clean. The property was lovely with a nice garden where you could relax. The stay included a self-service breakfast available from very early in the morning. Great value for money!

We picked this property as it is very near the airport and we had an early morning flight the next day. The walk to the airport was only 10 minutes. We were very pleasantly surprised with how lovely this B&B is. We were a bit early but greeted warmly and given our room. The hosts provided plenty of info about local restaurants and how to get into the center of Pisa. Please note that the area around the property is residential and doesn't have much to see. It is about a 30 minute walk into the historic center. Great value for the price and a good place to stay if you need easy access to the airport.

My friend and I stayed here for one night due to an early flight the next morning. The walk to the airport was about 10 minutes, which was perfect, to the train station about 20 minutes and to the city center about 25. The property was beautiful, as well as the rooms! Even though we left around 4 am, breakfast was served. A traditional Italian place with much charm and lovely staff. Cannot recommend enough.

This hotel is very useful when you have an early flight, it is just 6 minutes on foot from the airport. To go to La Corte di Stelio it takes about 30 minutes on foot or you can take a bus. I stayed only 2 nights and visited the main attractions on foot and in the evening, to return to the hotel, I walked to the train station to take the Pisa Mover which has its final stop at the airport.

La Corte di Stelio is a little gem close to the airport, and not too far from the train station. Our chalet room was spacious with an ensuite bathroom. The extensive and substantial self-service breakfast included tasty Italian pastries and the automatic coffee maker was just acceptable. Our host was friendly and helpful, plus he had arranged for us to be admitted very late at night on our arrival. Noise from the nearby airport and motorway was not a problem during the night. Definitely good value and within walking distance (or a bus journey from the stop outside) to the centre of Pisa.

Our arrival time was a little mixed up as we were on public transport from Corsica and we missed a bus so we were going to be late and then we were early. Our hosts were lovely and clearly dropped everything to get us into our room. A lovely clean tidy room with everything you could want. The breakfast and the breakfast room was excellent and so special to be there at 4:30 in the morning as we had an early morning flight and everything was laid out beautifully for us to have a quick lovely breakfast. This is a very special place to stay and being so close to the airport makes it very convenient and I didn't notice any airplane noise while we were there. It was a short but sweet stay and will be a special moment in our 5 week European journey. Thank you Simone and Luca.

We've chosen the place for its very close location to the airport, but it turns out it is also quite convenient to reach the city centre (less than 30 min walk). The property is a very nice house with garden, the host is very nice and helpful. The room was big, with air conditioning, nice and big bathroom and all very clean. We had a rental car which could leave overnight in a secure parking, so it was perfect. Despite the proximity to the airport and flyover, it is in a quiet neighbourhood. And the breakfast was great, with a lot of choices!

I chose this place mainly because it was close to the airport and I didn't want to bother with making arrangements with a taxi in the morning. Highly recommended. We had a large garden room with ensuite, it was comfortable, tastefully decorated and perfectly clean. The owners were exceptionally helpful as we had a car battery problem, they lent us a charging cable and escorted my husband to a local mechanic. Breakfast was self-service and more than adequate. This B&B is really close to Pisa airport, however we were not disturbed by noise at all. It's also only a 25-minute walk to the Historic buildings of Pisa.

This is an excellent bed and breakfast hotel. We would definitely use it again and recommend it. It literally is 5 minutes walk to the airport. My husband and I stayed for only one night. We were flying home via the Pisa Airport. The property is in walking distance of both the train station and the airport, which was perfect for us. Although, this meant we were not staying in the town of Pisa, but, it was walkable and took about 45 minutes. The owners of the property were warm and very helpful to us. Our room was quite large, comfortable and charming. The breakfast area was also charming and well planned for feeding hungry travelers breakfast. There were many food choices-all healthy and all fresh. We would definitely return.

We have stayed at this small, family-run B&B about 6 times now. It is located about a 6-minute walk from Pisa Airport and a reasonable walk from the train station. The rooms are charming, adequate size with nice bathrooms and good beds. I always request the room with the huge corner tub, a luxury not often found in European hotels. Breakfast is great, fresh fruit, yogurts, several freshly made cakes, toasts, pastries, and good machine coffee. They also have a selection of meats and cheeses with fresh crusty bread. The breakfast is set up for very early risers, so never have we gone without when catching a very early flight. The wifi is free and works well, and the reception always friendly (even when we showed up at midnight one time!) Their recommendation of a nearby pizza place was fantastic. Wouldn't stay anywhere is. It is a great value for the money.

Much easier to find now that the roads at the airport have been improved. Ate at a small café recommended by the owners, very good. This B&B was a perfect find for staying close to Pisa Airport before an early morning flight. Instructions from Luca on how to find the place from Pisa Centrale station were easy to follow - a short bus ride or 10-15 minutes' walk. Check-in was very friendly, with advice being given about where to eat locally. The room was well set out and the bed was most comfortable of any of the places I had stayed during my trip to Italy. It was also remarkably quiet, given that it was near a main road and the airport. I had to leave before 05:00 and found that an excellent self-service breakfast had been set out in the dining-room, including the opportunity to have hot drinks from a machine. The icing on the cake was that it was only 5 minutes' walk from the airport. I can't recommend this B&B highly enough and would definitely stay again.

This was an exquisite place for an overnight stay prior to flying home, it sets a standard that many bed and breakfasts could follow. The house is full of character, has a large garden and sitting areas where you can catch your last top-up of sun and a glass of wine. Our flight was delayed and when I told the owner that we weren't sure if the hire car would be available, he offered to come and pick us up. Very convenient for the airport and we eventually managed to find a restaurant we liked in Pisa, after hunting for and failing to find the one recommended by the host. All the staff were very friendly. The room seemed noisy when we arrived but was very quiet and comfortable at night and we slept well. It would have been nice if the breakfast had included something savoury, if only cheese, but there were plenty of sweet things which Italians like at breakfast. The host's car park was handy but seemed a dangerous spot to get out of, on a busy bend. We would definitely stay there again before an early or after a late flight.

5 minutes walk from the airport; 15 minutes walk from the train station; 20-25 minutes from the city center; 35 minutes walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. No issues for walkers like us. Otherwise, there is nothing around because it is a residential area, you need to go to the city. Some noise from customers passing by right in front of the entrance, but nothing really bothersome. No airplanes at night. Very quiet. The bathroom is very nice.

Very close to the airport on foot but incredibly quiet. Large room with impeccable bedding. Beautiful breakfast room with unusual objects. To reach the historic center of Pisa, there is a bus in front of the property or you can walk there in 35-40 minutes. Pisa Central Station is a 10-minute walk away with trains to Florence in 1 hour. Very warm welcome and impeccably clean property! The only slight downside was the lack of bread and fruits other than apples at breakfast and the fruit juices weren't great, but there were cakes, croissants, brioches, yogurt, cereals.

Ideally located next to the airport as it is within a 5-minute walk, in a quiet little street. A bus stop is right in front to take a bus to the center of Pisa in just 10 minutes. This old farmhouse courtyard is very nice, the rooms are bright, clean, and fully equipped, with lovely high ceilings. We only stayed one night but we loved the charm of the place, the welcome. Nice breakfast. Address that we will recommend to our friends and family.

A good place to stay if you don't want to complicate things when your flight arrives. It's literally a five-minute walk from the airport. The rooms, although old, are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is rich and varied. The staff is attentive and pleasant. If I had to stay in Pisa again, I would choose it again. It's close to Luiggi, a Mexican restaurant, that serves one of the best burritos I have ever eaten, in case you need lunch or dinner options.

I stayed the day before leaving from Pisa airport. The property is a 5-minute walk from the check-in entrance. Since we had a very early flight in the morning, we thought it would be better to sleep in Pisa to avoid driving at night and/or arriving by bus waking up at an absurd time. We did very well! It's possible to arrive the afternoon before so that you can also take a nice walk in the center of Pisa (the bus stops right in front of the B&B) and/or it's possible to reach the center and the Pisa station on foot. The context is very nice, as well as the breakfast room (we left at 4 am and couldn't have breakfast inside). It's possible to eat in the shared space even by bringing a sandwich or buying a pizza to go. There's also a Coop nearby. More than this, there's only the possibility of sleeping on the airport runway. What are you waiting for? Do like us!

The perfect solution if you need to depart from Pisa airport. 5 minutes on foot literally and we were with two small children. Plus, there is the garden and it feels like being in an oasis in the greenery. The center is reachable in 5 minutes by car, walking is long.

The B&B is reachable on foot from the airport in a few minutes, excellent location. The structure is really very beautiful and well taken care of in detail. Luca is very kind and available, he made us feel at home. Highly recommended.

We stayed at this gem, unhappy with other B&Bs in the airport area. I recommend it especially for the spacious areas in the room, the perfect bathroom, and also spacious. The owner is polite, courteous, friendly, and kind (I’m sorry I couldn’t say goodbye, but we had to leave early). The beautiful garden and the feeling of safety one has while being inside the structure, knowing that the owner lives upstairs! Good value for money if you book from here, other sites like the most famous one with the blue background were asking for 30 euros more. In short, if you need to stay in Pisa, I really recommend it.

We stayed for two nights. Everything was very pleasant, breakfast, cleanliness of the rooms, availability of the manager. Although it is not very close to the center (about 4 km), we reached it easily on foot with a nice walk. We definitely recommend it.

We were very satisfied with this accommodation from every point of view. First of all, it is very beautiful, welcoming, and the proximity to the airport check-in is just 5 minutes on foot. The manager is courteous and also gave us all the information to walk to the historic center of Pisa, which we fully enjoyed, including the Tower. Since our flight was very early, we had pizza at a restaurant very close to the accommodation, but there is also the option to have it delivered. We absolutely recommend it! Thank you.

This is the second time we have chosen this establishment. For us, it is an excellent location not far from the chaotic center, closed parking among the olive trees, very friendly managers, and access to the kitchen in the evening to drink a good chamomile after the Christmas lunch. We did not have the time or the opportunity to enjoy the structure which is very well maintained. The host is very kind. We will definitely return, perhaps in the good season and for tourism. The availability of parking on-site is useful for then visiting Pisa on foot.

Excellent management. The room was not very large but had all the necessary comfort. The breakfast was excellent and well served. The managers welcomed us in a very professional manner. Breakfast is taken in a very nice environment (it looks like a small museum). The B&B is located very close to both the airport and the historic center of the city of Pisa.

Very comfortable structure to reach the airport but also to visit the center of Pisa, as the bus stop is right in front. Very well maintained, welcoming and very clean. Extremely kind staff. Adequate room size, perfect bathroom, beautiful breakfast room. They allowed us to sit in the breakfast room to eat the sandwich we had brought for the dinner on the day of arrival. Very kind. We did not choose to have breakfast so I cannot judge. There is a very nice little courtyard. They have a private parking lot. There is a bus stop in front of the B&B to go to the city center and they also sell tickets. The airport is very close but we didn't need it.

B&B very nice and tastefully furnished, abundant and varied breakfast. The manager is very kind and helpful also for suggestions on places to visit and how to get around with public transport. Excellent convenience the bus stop, just outside the B&B, which takes you to the city center. Also very close to the airport and the station. Highly recommended.

Top marks both for the very cute owners and the staff. Hotel right by the airport. With a little more, they even kept our car in the parking lot. Rich breakfast, large, clean rooms. I really liked ours in the garden. Too bad we only stayed one night. I will definitely return and also send people there.

Clean and welcoming room with a very spacious shower. The breakfast was good and varied. The manager was really helpful in allowing us to check in early in the morning. The B&B also has a convenient private parking (included in the price). Very good value for money.

Beautiful structure, very comfortable room, very kind and helpful manager. Regarding the location, it has the airport and the train station reachable in a few minutes on foot (which was what I was looking for in the vacation I had planned). Fantastic holiday. I can only give 10 out of 10 to everything. Location 10/10 reachable by foot from the station and therefore from the center and a stone's throw from the airport while remaining quiet. Breakfast doable from the early hours of the morning, very useful for those who have to leave early. Structure that takes care of details and therefore 10/10.

This bed and breakfast is delightful, you can experience the history of this family through the objects, the furniture, the extreme care that is put into everything. It's like a small museum. Everything is kept very well, very clean, you really feel at home and this leads you to have the utmost respect for everything. Despite being in a peripheral area, the center is easily reachable with a walk, or you can take the bus that stops right in front. They will give you all the directions and recommendations even for where to dine, with great kindness and attention. It's close to the airport but we rested well because it's very well soundproofed. The rooms are comfortable and also in the bathroom nothing to complain about, all positive especially since it's tidied up daily. The breakfast is varied and plentiful, I would say it satisfies all tastes. If we happen to be in this area again, we will gladly return and we recommend it without any doubt. Thanks to Simone and everyone, we had a great time.

I had a great time, I had received directions from a flight attendant and the place is really nice, the owners are very kind, a beautiful comfortable bathroom, in the evening I made myself a chamomile because I was given free access to the breakfast room with everything necessary for a small snack if needed. I have already advertised to others and will definitely return. The location makes the place perfect for the airport and also close to the Pisa station if desired. I slept very well and felt at home immediately.

Ci fa piacere sia stata bene. Per quanto concerne la sua osservazione non è comprensibile in quanto ad un pagamento tracciato non può non corrispondere una ricevuta fiscale. Le ricevute una volta fatte le mettiamo sotto il campanello di ottone che è sulla scrivania alla reception. Le chiediamo scusa di non averglielo specificato, ma capita parlando con ospiti in vacanza di molte cose di tralasciare qualcosa. Lei però ha supposto un nostro comportamento fraudolento condividendolo online. Più in generale ci sarebbe da chiedersi cosa spinga lei come altre persone a scrivere a freddo osservazioni del genere, prive di qualsiasi utilità per coloro che leggono.

Perfect for those who need to be close to the airport (which is reachable on foot, in two minutes). It is still a 9-minute drive from Piazza dei Miracoli. Very kind hosts. Excellent for cleanliness, spaces (we, 2 adults and 2 children, were very comfortable in a triple room + cot). Breakfast very good for a bed and breakfast. Everything tailored (also) for children.

Managed by wonderful and very kind people, we had a great time. Everything is very clean and well maintained. A spectacular bathroom with a large and comfortable shower. Excellent! If I may give a piece of advice: to improve the breakfast maybe by adding some homemade cake. But for the rest, we really enjoyed it. Excellent! Thank you.

The main drawback is the decent distance from the center of Pisa. Everything else is of excellent level: the rooms are inside a recently renovated building, they are spacious, well furnished and clean; really warm and friendly welcome. Particularly recommended for its proximity to the airport and highways.

Countryside house renovated very well and with great attention to detail. Nice family history! Friendly welcome. Normal room. The Fi-Pi-Li is certainly not their fault (however, one point less for having it right in front of the window). Airport within walking distance, central station reachable in 20 minutes on foot (with luggage), bus to the station and center right in front of the door. In Covid times, the originally good breakfast has been greatly reduced. It is understandable, but despite Corona, a little more than plastic snacks could have been offered. Bread, salt, oil, toast and little cheeses. Anything. Anyway, congratulations and thank you!

Beautiful and very clean structure, located in a very convenient position, close to the airport, the train station and at the same time at a reasonable distance from the center which is easily reachable by public transport (the stop is very close). The room where I stayed was spacious, comfortable, and bright. I immediately noticed the pleasant smell of cleanliness. It is possible to leave the car in the private and locked parking lot. The manager is very kind. The breakfast room is nice with abundant and high-quality offerings. From 5 in the morning there are fresh pastries, savory breakfast, yogurt, milk, juices, with a microwave to warm up the food. It really felt like being at home. Having to frequently return to Pisa and having already tried other accommodations, I can say that I will come back here every time!

Recommended by friends who live in the area, I went to this typically Tuscan B&B unfortunately for only one night. The environment is renovated and well cared for, with a large garden suitable even for the little ones. My room (Amerigo) on the ground floor, equipped with a small kitchenette, was very comfortable, although the late arrivals caused some confusion. The self-service breakfast proved to be convenient, rich, and with a lot of fresh fruit. I recommend it.

Wonderful B&B! I had a great time: the room was very nice, clean, and welcoming; the breakfast was excellent and plentiful. And the owners are very kind and helpful. I recommend it to everyone.

Buonasera signora, la colazione deve essere a base di prodotti confezionati, questo prescrive la normativa, questo è chiaramente specificato sul nostro sito. Piacerebbe anche a noi far trovare prodotti fatti in casa e freschi ma, al momento, non possiamo Peraltro, sia la torta mantovana che le crostate sono prodotti si confezionati ma di produttori toscani. Molte persone, non so se è il vostro caso, tendono a paragonarci ad un agriturismo; questo a noi fa enorme piacere ma ahimè, non lo siamo. Comunque sia oltre al 25 avete soggiornato anche il giorno 22 e in nessuna delle due occasioni ce lo avete fatto notare, lo scrivete direttamente sul web, avremmo potuto parlarne a quattr'occhi e spiegarvi come stanno le cose. Considerando la varietà e la quantità dei prodotti presente - adesso abbiamo anche la nostra frutta: pere, suine, pesche - ed il fatto che si possa fare colazione anche alle 5 di mattina non crediamo che un punteggio così basso sia corretto, a maggior ragione a fronte di un punteggio di 9 da voi stessi attribuito alla voce " rapporto qualità prezzo ". Confidando di potervi avere nuovamente nostri graditi ospiti porgiamo un cordiale saluto da Pisa. Famiglia Bernini.

I think that in the city of Pisa, near the airport, there cannot be a better facility. Since I often use Pisa as my departure and arrival airport, I believe I have found the ideal place (a real 10-minute walk with the trolley from the entrance). Moreover, it has a bus stop (line 2) twenty meters away that goes to the city center or the train station. Thanks to the managers, who are truly generous with information.
