Our establishment originates from a meticulous renovation of our home in the 1990s, transforming it into a cozy retreat surrounded by greenery. Nestled among the Cerbaie hills, it features a spacious garden for relaxation and a hot tub, perfect for enjoying peaceful moments immersed in nature.

Located in Santa Maria a Monte, the position is ideal for discovering the historical and cultural treasures of Tuscany. From here, you can easily reach artistic cities and archaeological sites: Florence is about 60 km away, Pisa 35 km, Lucca 30 km, while Siena and Volterra are approximately 40 km distant. For those looking to explore the sea, the renowned Versilia, with Forte dei Marmi, is just 50 km away.

Whether you are seeking a starting point to explore Tuscany or a place to unwind amidst nature and comfort, our establishment is the perfect choice for a memorable holiday.

Sweet breakfast with croissants, homemade cakes, yoghurt produced by us with cereals and fresh fruit, ricotta cheese with honey, pistachios or almonds, fruit juices. On request sweet crepes with nutella or jam. Hot drinks coffee, cappuccino or tea. Savoury breakfast with bruschetta with tomatoes, omelets or scrambled eggs, cold cuts, cheese with honey or homemade jams, savory croissants stuffed with cheese and cold cuts orange juice and fruit juices, hot drinks on request. or a mixed breakfast to be agreed with the customer.

Great hosts. Ample breakfast with more than you can possibly eat. Pool is a big plus in scorching summer heat. Shared bathroom is clean and functional. Silent night. Recommended.

We stayed in this facility for 2 nights, we were very well, the room and bathroom were clean, quiet and peaceful, the sweet and savory breakfast was excellent and abundant, the hosts were very welcoming and great company, available to satisfy every request. A rare and much appreciated thing is that breakfast is served at the table with all the other guests.

Sonia and Piero made us feel at home. They were very kind from the first moment. The cleanliness and comfort were above all expectations. The breakfast prepared at the moment positively surprised us. Everything was very good. We travel often for work reasons and it was one of the few times we felt very good in every respect. We will return at the first opportunity.

Piero and Sonia are two kind and helpful people who enjoy interacting with guests, they make you feel welcome right away. The apartment where we stayed had all the comforts, matched the descriptions, breakfast and dinner (on request) were good and plentiful, surrounded by greenery, you wake up with a smile. It couldn't be all ten just because perfection doesn't exist, and to be honest we have to thank the existence of GPS to find it. I will definitely return.

Sonia and Piero are very kind hosts whose friendliness and availability represent a very pleasant calling card for those who decide to stay in their property. The cleanliness of the premises and the more than abundant breakfast are appreciated, catering to all tastes for the variety offered. Noteworthy is the garden (not to mention the park!) that can be admired just past the gate, the pool, and a very spacious terrace, all together ideal elements to spend time in absolute relaxation. I hope to return to appreciate them in the sun after the decidedly rainy weekend I had.
