The B&B is in a great and very central location. The small inner courtyard is very nice and inviting to stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The hostess is very kind. The accommodation is highly recommended and it won't be the last time we will go there. Thank you very much.

I stayed with my girlfriend on August 23 and we had a great time. Rita is always available for any information and welcomed us warmly. The main strength of this property is definitely its proximity to the train station and the tram stop. In less than five minutes on foot we could get around easily. Furthermore, the property has the charm of Florentine buildings and, in our opinion, it is perfect both for a couple and, especially, for groups or families. Highly recommended.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence. The elegant and well-kept property is in an enviable location, ten minutes walk from Santa Maria Novella station, and right in the historic center. It allowed us to visit the city with great freedom and without wasting time on transportation. The house is truly very beautiful, in a noble palace, elegantly furnished in classic style and equipped with every comfort. It also has a real gem: a very quiet and spacious garden that overlooks the internal courtyard, sheltered from the noise of the street. The rooms are really cozy, perfectly clean, all with private bathroom and balcony. The kindness of the owner, Rita, cannot go unmentioned, a truly extraordinary person, exemplary in kindness, care, and friendliness. Despite the brevity of our stay, she managed to win the affection of my girlfriend and me, making us feel pampered and at home! We hope to return as soon as possible, and I truly recommend everyone to stop here!

The apartment is located a few minutes from the highway, a few meters from the center and very close to the Santa Maria Novella station. It is in a strategic point to move comfortably on foot, in the area there are shops, bars, excellent places including the pizzeria Fioco Matto, the Carrefour and 3 private parking lots very close. The owner is affable, friendly and precise, you can see that she cares a lot that her guests feel at home. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, a large dining room (with sofa beds) and a cozy garden where you can have dinner. The rooms are located on the first floor, going up the internal stairs: three double bedrooms (2 with an additional single bed and one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom), all very spacious and bright, equipped with visible wardrobes or hangers, well furnished and cared for. The corridor bathroom is very special, with small ladders that lead to the sink and shower (I liked it a lot). All environments are very clean and well organized. I highly recommend it because it is very central, not chaotic due to its location and because the garden makes the house a corner of paradise between the center and a relaxing and comfortable environment in which to spend your stay! Ideal location, right in the center, a few steps from the main attractions of the city and near the central station; nevertheless, quiet and peaceful, with a carefully landscaped and secluded garden (almost impossible in the center of a big city). The organization and kindness added value to the welcome, together with the courtesy to meet any current needs. Perfect for a comfortable and relaxed holiday with all the interesting artistic places of Florence at hand. Indeed, an ideal holiday at reasonable and adequate prices.
