Our B& B is at Rivotorto district of Assisi art and culture location with lavish spa waters and facilities (Terme Santo Raggio, Terme Francescane Village), in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a quiet, panoramic setting. "B&B Residenza Di Campagna" is welcoming, with refined attention to detail.

Additionally, we offer warm croissants, warm sandwiches, krapfen, brioches in various flavors, homemade cakes and cookies, various flavored treats, rusks, chocolate, butter, jams, honey, cereals, yogurt, tiramisu, and fresh crème caramel, coffee, espresso, Americano coffee, barley, milk, macchiato milk, cappuccino, tea, herbal infusions, fruit juices, and fresh fruit. Both the accommodation and its manager Federica are charming. She personally assists you, is approachable and friendly. The accommodation is a family space. It shows in the details. Few rooms and well managed. Clean and tidy. Good facilities. The house is on the outskirts and in the midst of nature. Green area. Idyllic.

Good location off the beaten tourist paths but at the same time very convenient to the destinations we chose (Porziuncola and S. Damiano), reachable by passing through very secondary but direct and flowing streets. Federica and her father are very hospitable. The judgment can only be positive. We felt comfortable.

Structure with 3 clean and simply but functionally furnished rooms. Abundant breakfast with pastries made by Federica, a friendly and welcoming host. The house is located a few kilometers from Assisi and close to Perugia and other places of interest. Two days spent well in complete relaxation. Quality-price ratio among the best I have found, so if you want to spend a few days in tranquility, I recommend it.

The structure is very beautiful, just like a country residence just outside Assisi. The location is excellent. The rooms, very well furnished, comfortable and spotlessly clean, both overlooked the well-kept garden with lots of greenery and flowers. In the garden, there is also a gazebo with armchairs and a small table. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. There were various cakes, all delicious, cookies, stuffed bundles, plumcake, croissants to fill with various jams or Nutella, fruit, yogurt, orange juice, and coffee. We were welcomed by the owner, Mrs. Federica, an exquisite and extremely kind person. She made us feel immediately at ease. If we return to Umbria, we will definitely go back there. I highly recommend this place.

In our opinion, B&B Residenza di Campagna is to be recommended to our acquaintances, more than excellent structure. Warm welcome from Mrs. Federica, who from the very arrival, immediately made us feel at ease, also advising us at best for the evening dinner. Room with bathroom, lovely, both from an aesthetic and visual point of view. Accurate cleanliness of the place. Rich and abundant breakfast, every morning surprise cakes, homemade, by Mrs. Federica, who then also accompanied with other types of sweets, fresh fruit, cereals that made up the rich buffet of the breakfast. The structure is located in a strategic position, which allows the user to move easily both to the North and to the South. Great! Federica, the owner, is a kind and helpful person. After a few seconds, it feels like you've known her forever. The breakfast she prepares with her hands is indescribable: excellent, genuine, super abundant, worth mentioning are the dreamy pies. The property is in a strategic location a few kilometers from all the most important centers: Assisi, Spello, Spoleto. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, bright, furnished with class and good taste. The cleanliness and care of the entire system are TOP notch, from the garden to the services. All at very modest prices. What can I say: even putting in all the effort, you can't find any faults.

Everything was truly exceptional. The place is practically in the center of everything. The owner, Federica, is very kind and helpful. The room is super clean, comfortable, and pleasant. Upon our arrival we were greeted very kindly in a 'family' atmosphere by Mrs. Federica and her family. The place is very nice, very clean, and very welcoming. The breakfast served by Mrs. Federica every morning is very abundant, nothing is missing and everything she serves is homemade, so pies, cakes, jams, and everything fresh from the day. Ten out of ten for everything, nothing else to add.

My husband and I have just spent a week in this delightful B&B Residenza di Campagna, where Mrs. Federica pampers her guests with abundant breakfasts based on homemade sweets and every other delicacy. The room was very clean, the bathroom impeccable, we rarely found such availability and kindness. The location of the structure was ideal for visiting the surrounding areas. We will definitely go back!

We were welcomed with sympathy, cordiality, and great availability. The service was excellent and of quality. The area is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, the house is well isolated from the noise of the nearby highway which, however, facilitates access and travel to the places to visit (Assisi, Santa Maria degli Angeli, Foligno). All rooms are air-conditioned and tastefully furnished. The breakfasts (excellent), with specialties prepared at home by Mrs. Federica, were a pleasant surprise and a good way to start the days of our stay.

I stayed for 2 nights with my son and we had a great time. The house is in a very convenient position to reach Assisi, the room was cozy and extremely clean. But the difference is made by Federica with her friendliness and willingness to help guests organize their holiday in the best way. Not to mention the breakfast: SUPER! sweets and pastries made by her! I hope to come back.

Struttura situata poco fuori la superstrada, molto comoda per raggiungere le principali località turistiche della zona. Gestione famigliare, la proprietaria è estremamente disponibile, pronta a dare consigli e ad impegnarsi in prima persona per farci sentire accolti (arrivati tardi ci ha trovato un posto per cena in locale tipico in centro). Colazione molto abbondante e varia, con frutta, prodotti freschi e confezionati. Molto pulito e molto attenti alle normative vigenti per covid19.

Io e mia moglie siamo stati accolti gradevolmente dalla signora Federica. Abbiamo soggiornato in un ottimo ambiente famigliare e avuto tutta l'attenzione che volevamo. Federica è una padrona di casa davvero eccezionale, che ha saputo coccolarci e rendere il nostro soggiorno davvero piacevole e rilassante. Siamo stati in questa struttura, a 4km da Assisi, in agosto e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Location molto carina, camere pulite e con tutto il necessario. La camera ha il balcone che dà sul giardino. Il bagno piccolo ma più che sufficiente e funzionale. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La colazione va oltre le immagine trovate sulla pagina, un trionfo di torte fatte in casa e ogni altra cosa. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Grazie ancora per l'accoglienza.

B&B accogliente, grazioso, con tutti i comfort che occorrono. La struttura è facile da raggiungere, non si sente il traffico per la presenza di vetri spessi. Federica è simpaticissima e disponibile ad aiutare! La colazione è eccellente con brioche, marmellate, succhi, yogurt e le meravigliose torte fatte da lei! Unico consiglio che posso dare: mettere un bollitore nella sala colazioni per permettere di prendere un tè o una tisana anche in orari diversi dalla colazione. Ma per il resto è eccellente!

Ho trovato la struttura molto accogliente la signora Federica si è dimostrata una persona squisita e disponibile ci ha fatto sentire come a casa ha preparato la colazione in modo eccezionale proponendo dolci fatti da lei con cappuccini buonissimi e pure le briosce calde. la camera è pulita ed accogliente il bagno spazioso e pulito. è stata una esperienza positiva grazie a Federica.

Ho soggiornato alla Residenza di Campagna per due notti a ridosso di Pasqua e mi sono trovata divinamente! La struttura non è difficile da raggiungere perché è proprio all'uscita di Rivotorto (ss75) ma non è ben visibile e forse potrebbe essere segnalata meglio. Tuttavia, abbiamo telefonato ai proprietari quando eravamo nelle vicinanze e sono venuti a prenderci senza problemi. Federica, la proprietaria di casa, è semplicemente deliziosa. Ci ha fatto trovare in stanza cioccolatini e consigli su cosa vedere. La colazione è molto abbondante e, in particolare, per Pasqua abbiamo sperimentato la tipica colazione umbra con salumi e uova. Fantastico! Nulla da dire su stanza e pulizia. Torneremo sicuramente! Consigliatissimo!

Situato al centro dell'Umbria il B&B Residenza di campagna è il luogo ideale per chi vuole viaggiare sentendosi a casa! una splendida accoglienza, tanta simpatia, competenza, passione, cortesia, disponibilità..sono solo alcune delle caratteristiche del gestore. ottima la struttura situata a poca distanza dalla superstrada che permette di raggiungere in poco tempo le principali mete di visita in umbria. da assaggiare le abbondanti e gustose colazioni con dolci fatti in casa! il tutto per rendere ancora più speciale una vacanza in una delle regioni più belle d'Italia. assolutamente una struttura da scegliere per una vacanza o un week end in Umbria!
