Excellent B&B. Nicola was a great host. Rooms were the best. Is really setting the bar high. Notes: Easy transport (bus no. 33) to the city centre. (Last bus back is at 2330hrs (164 in front of the amphitheatre.) Download the bus app as advertised on the bus. (app is Ticket Bus Verona.). Look out for the cranes (bird kind) on the way to the bus stop. And don't forget to buy fresh fruit from the stall on the way out.

Nothing to complain about, everything was perfect. It feels like home, or even better, thanks to the attention, kindness, and availability of Nicolas. A bed and breakfast that I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Verona and the surrounding areas.

Very warm welcome, the owners are very kind, caring, and give many suggestions on things to do (including a very good family restaurant 5 minutes by car). The establishment is very clean and comfortable. We plan to return to the region and if so, we will return to this establishment! In addition, from our room, beautiful view of the mountains.

A highly recommended hotel. Very quiet as the rooms overlook the garden. The shutters are very welcome for people like me who enjoy sleeping in the dark. Everything is of high quality, very friendly, and helpful. Always happy to return.

Breakfast was rather simple and not abundant.

Super new structure and immersed in greenery, very clean and quiet. Nicola welcomes you in an exquisitely gentle way and cooks excellent cakes for breakfast. A dream a few steps from Verona.

We stayed for 2 days and we had a really great time. Well-kept and clean rooms, excellent breakfast with delicious treats made by them. The jams are fantastic and genuine. We woke up in the greenery among raspberry, peach, and apricot trees. Highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed for only one night with two couples of friends (they have 3 double rooms each with its own bathroom). The place is enchanting, very well-kept with a beautiful garden, not far from the highway exit and close to the center. New, ultra-modern and above all very clean rooms but what makes it special is the care and passion that Nicola, the owner, puts into managing the b&b, making the guest feel at home. Excellent breakfast with good products, very varied and with excellent homemade cakes made by him!

The 3 Antiche Vie B&B is located in a convenient area in relation to the highway exit (A22 VR nord), the airport, Lake Garda and the center of Verona. The property is new, very well-kept in detail and quiet. Nicola is a young and welcoming manager, making his guests feel at home.

We are 2 couples of friends and we stayed at this brand new structure for the weekend dedicated to the B&B day. Nicola is a perfect host and manages everything down to the smallest details. The sweet breakfast, in addition to croissants, cookies, yogurt, etc., also includes homemade cakes made by him and every day he pampers you with a different recipe. The jams, moreover, are produced with the fruit from their crops. He is so attentive to details that he has installed a large Smart TV in the rooms. He is also very helpful for advice and general information. The structure, which has only 3 spacious and modern rooms, is therefore very peaceful. It also has an internal parking. A thank you also goes to Nicola's parents for their kindness towards all guests.

All 10 and more. Nicola is an exceptional, polite and helpful guy. Fabulous breakfast with exquisite homemade cakes, fresh fruit, juices, cappuccinos, coffee. We had a great time and we are planning to come back soon. The view of the peach orchard is priceless. Thank you, Nicola.

Nicola welcomed us very hospitably, the room is simple but with all the essentials, well-kept, clean, the bed very comfortable. Also the brand new and impeccable bathroom. Abundant breakfast with a wide choice of sweets and drinks.

The property is convenient to reach the exhibition center, the welcome is excellent and the staff is very kind and helpful. The cleanliness is excellent, as well as the breakfast with homemade cakes. There is also a private parking. If we come back to the area, we will definitely rebook here. Recommended.

In a quiet location a few kilometers from Verona, it is a comfortable and new 3 Antiche Vie B&B. Very clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Nicola is a friendly host who immediately puts you at ease. Bathroom with a truly comfortable shower. Varied and complete breakfast, with homemade sweets. I highly recommend it. Well done, Nicola!

Me and my partner have been here 5-6 times now. Well, what can I say? It's a little happy island. It's convenient to go to the lake or downtown, but it's away from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are very clean. Also, Nicola is always very kind, polite, and helpful. Everything deserves 10 points, but actually deserves more.

Pleasant surprise: immersed in the countryside a few kilometers from the center of Verona, you will find a new structure. Tranquility and relaxation are accompanied by the courtesy and kindness of Nicola and his mother. The great hospitality is evident, with the apple cake and yogurt and homemade jams, which are very good. This place is excellent for those looking for a place away from chaos. We will return soon. Recommended.

The structure is very recent, very clean and very convenient because it is close to the highway but also close to the center (you can get there by car or bus in minutes). The family that manages '3 Antiche Vie B&B' is very kind, welcoming and ready to give advice and information of any kind. Very welcome the fruit and herbal teas available in the room and compliments for the variety, quality and abundance of breakfast. Great! We will definitely come back!

Kindness and maximum availability.

Nicola's welcome was beyond expectations: he made us find a clean room and welcomed us by giving us products from his land! I highly recommend.

Very quiet place, far from traffic and city noise. It is ideal if you are looking for a place to relax with a beautiful view of the countryside. When I arrived, I was welcomed by Nicola, the son, a very helpful and kind person; his mother is also very polite, you can see that they care about the people they host in the structure, which is very beautiful and well-kept, truly with attention to the environment and cleanliness worthy of a 5-star hotel. I definitely recommend it and will return soon.

Numbers rule the world, at least that's what they say. To describe quality, kindness, and everything else requires much more. Excellent Bed & Breakfast, very kind hosts. We liked the structure also because it was in line with our needs and not just because of the underlying statistics. Thanks to Nicola, we will definitely come back.

After a week in Trentino we arrived in Verona to leave for Sardinia. In a hurry, we looked for a Bed and Breakfast near the airport with the fear of not finding anything. Luck was on our side in every way. Nicola answered us and after a few hours welcomed us to his charming Bed and Breakfast. Very kind and caring. We had a great time, from the welcome to the cleanliness. Too bad it was only for one night. We will definitely come back. Greetings from Sadali (Sardinia).

We stayed here for the Ferragosto weekend and we had a great time. I am a quite demanding person, used to high standards, and in this bed and breakfast I found everything I needed, nothing to criticize. Brand new B&B, with every comfort and impeccable cleanliness. Extremely kind and super helpful managers. Breakfast with fresh fruit practically zero km (fruit and vegetables grown around the B&B) and homemade cakes. Room with spacious bathroom and garden view. Close to both Verona and Lake Garda. When we return to the area it will be our first choice.
