Ca’ Marcello is a farmhouse nestled in the serene Venetian countryside, situated along the picturesque Riviera del Brenta, just a few kilometers from Venice and near the beautiful Villa Foscari by Palladio, famously known as “La Malcontenta.” This establishment, surrounded by a charming tree-lined avenue, provides a relaxing atmosphere perfect for those seeking a rejuvenating retreat in nature.

The agriturismo features cozy rooms, comfortable apartments, and a small area for agritourism camping, alongside an outdoor swimming pool available during the summer months, ideal for families and travelers looking for relaxation. Its strategic location makes it a great starting point for exploring Venice and the villas along the Riviera del Brenta, the WWF Oasi Valle Averto, and many other destinations in the Veneto region, such as Chioggia, Sottomarina, Padua, the Euganean Hills, walled towns, Treviso, the Prosecco D.O.C. hills, Vicenza, Bassano del Grappa, Verona, and Lake Garda.

The property is situated in a quiet, low-traffic area, perfect for those in search of privacy and tranquility. While having your own transportation is advisable, Venice is also easily accessible by bus, with the nearest stop located about 900 meters away. Nearby, small villages like Oriago, Malcontenta, Dolo, and Mirano enhance the experience with their authentic charm.

Ca’ Marcello combines rural hospitality with modern comfort, offering a vacation focused on relaxation, nature, and the exploration of Veneto’s artistic and cultural heritage. The hosts are happy to provide tips and information about local attractions, making your stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

Breakfast is available only upon request and by prior arrangement, and is not included in the room rate. While we do not have a dedicated breakfast room, every room is equipped with a table, chairs, cups, glasses, cutlery, and a refrigerator, allowing guests to enjoy breakfast comfortably in their room. Table size may vary depending on the room type. A shared common area, used by three rooms, is also available, equipped with a coffee machine, tea, chamomile and barley coffee, a microwave oven, and a kettle. Upon request, we can provide packaged products (rusks, jams, yogurt, fruit, etc.); the price varies according to what is chosen.

We enjoyed our stay at Ca' Marcello. The apartment was clean and spacious. The air conditioning helped to beat the extreme heat outside. The nearby village has enough facilities. The location on the Brenta River is very nice. We kept using our car to drive to Venice, as walking to and from the bus stop was just too much for us. It also offered the chance to visit other cities. Also, the nearby bridge was open. The only drawback is not related to the location, but the speeding cars on the small and winding road. We were even honked at when driving 40 km/h on the 30 km/h road, and another time for not passing a rider on a racing bike.

Everything was amazing and the host Fabiana was very kind and helpful. I appreciate her help and kindness. I recommend this stay for people who love to visit Venice. For travelers: the accommodation is outside the city, so it is very quiet and peaceful. The bus stop is a 14-minute walk from the accommodation and it takes about 30 minutes by bus to reach Venice. Buses run approximately every 20-30 minutes. Sometimes they are late and sometimes they are on time. Tickets can be purchased online or via the Arriva app.

Perfect location to explore this beautiful region. We took our bikes and went around to see the villas. We went with car to Ravenna and Vicenza and with bus to Venice. We liked to come back to the peaceful atmosphere at the agriturismo. Apartment was perfect.

Very clean and well kept room. Very close to the bus route to take you to Venice. Also a short car ride to catch the Ferry to Venice. Both are very convenient ways to get to Venice. Very beautiful property. Nice and relaxing.

Awesome place to stay, just a ferry trip to Venice. The host was fantastic, offering us lots of help. We hired bikes and rode along the canals, seeing so much of the local environment.

I stayed there for a few nights. The place is immersed in tranquility, relaxing, with a clean pool available all day. The management is attentive. I recommend a stay here, especially for those who like to be away from the hustle and bustle. The location is strategic, on the banks of the Brenta, a short distance from Venice and Padua. I will definitely return.

We stayed for two nights at this property. We specifically chose the apartment for convenience; it is well equipped with everything needed for a stay of two or more days. Set in greenery, just a few minutes from the center of Venice and served by public transport in the immediate vicinity. We will definitely return.

I experienced the pleasantness of the eight days of vacation spent in this structure, whose location, architecture, and layout of spaces inspired me with serenity and tranquility, essential elements for a genuinely relaxing holiday. I also greatly appreciated the discreet and empathetic presence of the structure's manager and daughter, extremely kind and helpful in providing me with all the tourist information I requested. The area where the Ca' Marcello farmhouse is located revealed itself to be a real surprise to my eyes for the discreet beauty of both the architectural and naturalistic landscape, in addition to the splendid beauty of Venice! I definitely recommend this structure for a family vacation full of the healthiest tranquility and enjoyment of a truly iconic and picturesque landscape, welcomed by a very nice structure, in a context where you can appreciate the originality of the landscapes and the absolutely magical atmosphere of the evening, well received in a pleasant structure from all points of view.

The apartment was equipped with everything needed to live as if we were at our own home. In the kitchen, there were details such as table salt and seasonings. Air conditioning. The hosts were very helpful in sharing information and giving advice for visits in the surroundings. They made us feel at home.

We really enjoyed our stay at Agriturismo Ca' Marcello. Accommodation for 4 people comfortable, functional, equipped with everything you need. Swimming pool, lawn, playground for the little ones, table football and ping pong. Space also for camping. And then... canoeing in front of the farm... so much fun. Convenient, close to the bus stop to go to Venice, not far from the boat terminal to reach the Veneto capital by boat. Starting point to visit various cities in Veneto, from lagoon resorts to art cities. And then... Mr. Silvio, talkative, witty and friendly, always ready to give advice and provide essential information for tourists like us... what can I say... you have to try it.

Dear Fabiana and Silvio, it was very pleasant to stay at Agriturismo Ca' Marcello. The flowery room is perfect for two adults and two girls, the breakfast delicious, as well as the garden tomatoes, the famous pool. You are always available, kind, and we learned many things about the history of Venice. We can't wait to go back to Venice and to you. Thank you.
