Roberto is a genuine and sincere person... it's always nice to be greeted by the host... clear instructions about access etc and great recommendation for a restaurant for dinner up town. Beach and promenade a 3 minute walk away. Excellent value.

Nice structure, very clean, in a strategic position 50 meters from the promenade, quiet and the owner is very kind and helpful.
