Our B& B is placed in a lovely mountain landscape, in a location with a spectacular view. "Alle Cascate" is a prestigious home for breathing in the scent of our past, a residence with unique, original style, a building of the past where the magic of history blends with modern amenities.

Hosts will provide the information needed in Italian and in English, french, german, spanish.

The breakfast is served in the basement close to the river, part of the old town dyeing facility. The basement has been digged in the pure rock and in winter with the fire of the wooden stove there´s ancient atmosphere of relax. In the summer from the basement is possible to enjoy directly the garden on the river and the waterfall. The breakfast consists of daily fresh tuscany bread with home-made jams, there´s alway a home-made cake and in summer home-made yoghurt as well! Plus cereals, milk, Nutella, sometimes fresh ricotta, fresh fruit from the sorroundings and everything that the nature or our joy brings.

We stayed at this property for the April 25th long weekend and we had a great time. Especially for the warm welcome received from the very nice Patrizia who recommended beautiful walks in the enchanting nature surrounding this b&b and managed to win over the 3 kids traveling with us. The breakfast is plentiful and every day we were greeted with a different cake. The view is definitely the highlight. We will definitely come back because there are still many things to discover.

Mrs. Patrizia, the owner of the property, proved to be impeccable: welcoming, helpful, caring. The room and the breakfast room, both overlooking the waterfall, were comfortable, romantic, and meticulously cared for. Highly recommended for those who want to spend a weekend in complete relaxation enjoying the beauty of the place (e.g. the Doccione waterfalls) and savor abundant and genuine food while enjoying the company, as well as the discretion, of an owner with contagious vitality and enchanting sweetness. We will be back!

We spent three days of relaxation welcomed by Patrizia who supported us even before our arrival by giving us weather information and taking care to provide gluten-free food for breakfast. During our stay, she recommended places to visit and told us about the customs of this welcoming and active little village. The room was super clean and comfortable, the breakfast rich and with homemade products made with the best ingredients, served in a stunning little tavern with a view of the waterfalls. We can't forget the cheerful dog Tango and... What else to say, everything perfect, we recommend everyone to spend at least a few days here, in any season!

A waterfall of attentions. Although knowing Fanano, we were pleasantly surprised to discover this characteristic glimpse of nature a stone's throw from the village, which envelops you and makes you feel far from everyday life. The house, with an ancient flavor, is cared for in the smallest details with good taste and precious attentions... the same then reserved for guests by the delightful Mrs. Patrizia. Everything perfect, the best to make you feel comfortable and well received. Beautiful experience, albeit short, to recommend and repeat.

We had a great time and especially appreciated the friendliness and kindness with which we were welcomed. The B&B is very well taken care of and is in a beautiful location, the sound of the flowing river water helps with sleep and the room was comfortable. A pleasant experience and we would definitely love to come back.

We were greeted with a lot of warmth and courtesy, like 'one of the family'. The rooms are very cozy and clean, and the view of the waterfalls is very beautiful. The possibility of storing the bicycles is a significant plus. A very pleasant and relaxing stay. We didn't try the breakfast, but I imagine it is up to the standard of the other services.

Very nice and cozy place. Everyone very hospitable. However, the room was very small, perhaps more suitable for 2 people than for 3, and without air conditioning, it was very hot at night. Splendid location overlooking the waterfalls: definitely evocative. Good breakfast, it would be nice to eat outside instead of inside.

Beautiful Valentine's weekend at this B&B. Enchanting location, the sound of the artificial waterfall gently accompanied us into the arms of Morpheus. Breathtaking views in the morning when the sun illuminates the mountains in the background. Very cozy and spotlessly clean room. Mrs. Patrizia, whom we thank, welcomed us as if we were family. Breakfast with homemade delicacies. Excellent service and friendliness. Definitely worth a visit. We will definitely return in the summer. I definitely recommend this property.

Siamo stati due notti in questo bed&breakfast che ci aveva consigliato un'amica: ottima posizione da cui si possono raggiungere facilmente Fanano e Sestola, ottimi i consigli e l'accoglienza di Patrizia la padrona di casa. Inoltre bellissimo panorama! Inutile dire che la camera era pulita e molto accogliente, con un terrazzino che dava sulle cascate vicine e che quindi rendeva ogni risveglio magico.

Struttura bella, ristrutturata con gusto, panorama sul torrente con annesse cascate e lido poco distante, luogo veramente rilassante. Al vostro arrivo verrete accolti dalla signora Patrizia, veramente una persona squisita e simpatica che vi farà sentire a casa vostra, colazione ottima con torte fatte in casa, insomma un luogo dove ritornare.

Ho soggiornato lo scorso 12 aprile presso B&B ALLE CASCATE con la mia famiglia. La struttura è ben ristrutturata ed in ordine, la camera semplice ma molto pulita. Il gestore è estremamente cortese e disponibile. La colazione è un pò semplice: forse almeno qualche brioche sarebbe gradita. Nel complesso comunque è un posto dove tornerei.

Note positive: bellissima struttura, immersa nella natura, vista sul Cimone. Pace e tranquillità assicurate. Cordialità e simpatia della proprietaria. Da migliorare: gli impianti di riscaldamento (fan coil) in camera che sono un po' rumorosi e la pulizia della stanza non proprio perfetta.

Non è la prima volta che scelgo di alloggiare nel B&B di Patrizia. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli, la posizione in riva al fiume con il rumore dell'acqua che ti accompagna e ti rilassa è ottima. La colazione è genuina e abbondante e Patrizia è solare, gentile e molto molto disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente e consiglierò la struttura a chiunque voglia passare qualche giorno intorno al Monte Cimone.

Bella struttura in pietra ristrutturata con gusto. La camera, familiare per 4 persone, ampia e pulitissima e servita da un bagno molto grande e anch'esso pulitissimo. Accoglienza splendida della signora Patrizia che ringraziamo per tutta la sua disponibilità e gentilezza. ottima posizione per raggiungere le piste da sci del monte Cimone e allo stesso tempo vicinissima al paese dove si trovano negozi, bar e servizi in genere, nonché un bel Palaghiaccio che ci ha salvato da un pomeriggio piovoso. Alla prima occasione ritorneremo senz'altro.

Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo caratteristico b&b vicino al fiume e alle cascate di Fanano. Con noi avevamo il nostro cane. Sistemazione ideale per chi vuole soggiornare a Fanano in una location discreta e immersi nella natura. Complimenti soprattutto alla signora Patrizia, per la sua accoglienza e il suo calore umano senza mai risultare invadente.

Il B&B si trova in una bellissima posizione, a fianco al torrente con diverse cascatelle. La proprietaria è estremamente gentile e cordiale. L'edificio è ristrutturato in maniera molto carina. Consigliatissimo per tutti, compreso famiglie con bambini.

Posto stupendo vicino a Corno alle Scale, circondato da laghetti di pesca e sentieri da percorrere a piedi. La proprietaria sa cosa vuol dire ospitalità ed è assolutamente disponibile, nonostante la pioggia battente abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo week end in compagnia ed è stato come sentirsi a casa. Ho soggiornato dal 10/8/15 al 13/08/15 con il mio ragazzo e una cagnolina. È stato tutto a dir poco perfetto. Pulizia, gestione, ospitalità e colazione impeccabili. Il B&B è nel punto più affascinante di Fanano, immerso nel verde, di fronte alle cascate gode di un ottimo compromesso tra il paese (raggiungibile a piedi attraverso un sentiero davvero suggestivo) e i vari sentieri del CAI. Che dire di più, vivamente consigliato, noi torneremo. Giulia e Federico.

Abbiamo soggiornato io, mia moglie e il nostro beagle Lisa, nel weekend di Pasqua. Cosa dire, posto meraviglioso per chi cerca un angolo per rigenerarsi. La proprietaria, Patrizia, una padrona di casa attenta, cordialissima e disponibilissima, oltre che offrire colazioni abbondanti, con cibo freschissimo dalle torte al pane alle uova, ci ha anche suggerito ristoranti e luoghi per passeggiate ed escursioni. Insomma noi ci siamo trovati talmente bene che questa estate abbiamo cambiato i nostri progetti e passeremo una parte delle nostre ferie in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso.
