Our stay at La Casa Rotta was absolutely amazing. We loved the location, in a peaceful countryside and in close vicinity of San Felice beaches and Sabaudia. We could explore the lovely region on bikes which were available in the price. We also enjoyed the beautiful garden, the open kitchen and the grill a lot. The view while cooking was stunning, especially when the sun was setting between the rows of pine trees in the distance. It looked just like Africa! The rooms were cleaned daily. The hosts are great, warm, welcoming and really friendly, ready to answer all questions instantly. I highly recommend the place and hope to come back there one day again.

Very well-kept structure, exterior and rooms very clean, a small oasis of peace. Good breakfast (even just sweet), very kind and helpful staff and owners. Acceptable bed comfort. I recommend it for families with a car - the distance from the center is not a problem at all. If I must necessarily give a suggestion of what to improve - all rooms should have external doors with blackout curtains (in mine there was none on one door and for those like me who sleep in the dark, it could be a problem for sleeping).

Bel weekend a Sabaudia. La struttura si trova in campagna a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia di Sabaudia. Bel contesto di camere con giardinetto sul retro. Le piante e il prato sono molto curate. Unico neo, difficoltà di manovra nel parcheggio dedicato.

La Casa Rotta non delude mai! Ero già stata qui appena aperto e mi sono trovata benissimo. Immersa nel verde le camere sono curate sotto tutti i punti di vista e Giorgia una padrona di casa eccezionale! Colazione buonissima!

Luogo incantevole un po' fuori dal paese che deve essere raggiunto con la macchina. Per il resto è stato tutto perfetto compresa la simpatia della Sig. Giorgia e della sua assistenza.

Posto tranquillo e molto gradevole. In mezzo al verde e alla campagna. Nessun disturbo e massimo relax. L'unità abitativa completa di tutto e pulitissima. La signora Giorgia amabilissima e disponibile. Piacevole colazione, abbondante e all'aperto. Necessità di auto per recarsi in centro paese benché non lontano (2 Km).

Bed andbreakfast moto grazioso, arredato con gusto, sia le camere che tutta la struttura. Molto pulito, tutto perfettamente funzionante: televisore, aria condizionata, doccia. Colazione buona, abbondante, dolci deliziosi. Gestori gentili e disponibili. Contesto isolato, ma tranquillo e in cinque minuti di macchina si arriva alla spiaggia e in centro. Zone molto belle da visitare. Anche nei ristoranti, bar e negozi, abbiamo trovato persone gentili e cortesi. Prezzi a volte un po' sopra la media, ma cercando ne abbiamo trovati anche di convenienti per mangiare.

Posto tranquillissimo, la pace dei sensi. Ci siamo trovati bene e speriamo di tornarci. Un consiglio: io aggiungerei una piscina e magari qualche gioco per bambini visto che lo spazio c'è. 1) la gentilezza e la disponibilità del gestore sono ineguagliabili. 2) location: immerso nel verde nella pace e silenzio assoluto. Svegliarsi e sentire solo il "rumore" della natura è assolutamente meraviglioso. 3) struttura: le camere sono pulite confortevoli ed hanno tutti i confort. Curate nei minimi particolari. Il letto molto comodo. Il giardino è spettacolare curato anch'esso. 4) colazione abbondante e dolci preparati invasa molto ma molto buoni. Ringraziato con il cuore per averci fatto passare un w-end veramente speciale. Marco Ranelli.

Piacevolissimo soggiorno in un ambiente rurale molto tranquillo, accogliente e funzionale il piccolo alloggio con uso cucina, graziosi gli arredi molto ben curato il giardino. Il mare a pochi minuti di auto e la bellezza del Circeo fanno il resto. Gentilezza e disponibilità. Ci torneremo.

B&B molto carino, intimo e ben curato nell'arredamento, stanze deliziose, ambiente rilassante, in campagna, ma in posizione strategica anche per muoversi con la sola bici. L'accoglienza di Giorgia è stata impeccabile per disponibilità, semplicità e spontaneità. Un posto dove sicuramente torneremo!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato nel fine settimana in questa bella struttura a due passi da San Felice Circeo e dal litorale di Sabaudia. La posizione è strategica perché consente di raggiungere le spiagge di entrambi le località in pochi minuti di auto rimanendo però in un contesto estremamente tranquillo, nel pieno della campagna pontina. La struttura è nuova, il giardino molto curato, la colazione veramente ottima (a cui forse mancherebbe soltanto un settore dedicato al "salato"). La camera è dotata di tutto il necessario e rifinita con buoni materiali. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile a venire incontro ad ogni richiesta. Ci ha anche regalato un'anguria enorme! Due soli suggerimenti per il proprietario: - cercare di arginare le troppe mosche che disturbano la colazione in giardino (in fondo siamo in campagna); - il bagno in camera non è isolato dal resto della stanza, forse un pannello in vetro sopra il muro potrebbe aiutare; Nulla comunque che possa compromettere un piacevolissimo soggiorno. Abbiamo già in programma di tornare! Francesco.

Sono stata in questo B&B solo per un fine settimana con la mia famiglia e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. È il posto ideale se si vuole staccare la spina anche solo per pochi giorni: in mezzo alla natura, lontano da ogni rumore cittadino ma a due passi da tutto! Perfetto anche se si hanno bambini: mia figlia di 21 mesi era libera e felice di girare per i giardini senza alcun pericolo! Torneremo sicuramente.

Posizione ottima per rilassarsi ma comunque vicina al mare. Stanza spaziosa e ben arredata, con cura del particolare. Spazi esterni ben curati. Colazione varia con ottimi dolci fatti in casa. La proprietaria è molto cordiale e disponibile ad ogni esigenza. Bagno un po' piccolo che necessita di una modifica per isolarlo meglio dalla stanza (modifica comunque già pensata dal gestore).

Il B&B è molto curato. Le stanze arredate in modo semplice ma con gusto. Bagno nuovissimo e molto bello. A noi è stata data una stanza un po ' troppo piccola per tre, ma credo che le altre siano più ampie. Giardino grazioso e ben tenuto. Colazione ottima e ricca, con dolci fatti in casa. Posizione isolata ma comoda per raggiungere sia il paese che il mare.

La struttura vista sul sito era bella ma dal vivo è ancora meglio, curata nei minimi particolari, raffinata e con un giardino tenuto perfettamente. La nostra stanza era in realtà un mini appartamento deliziosamente arredato e molto confortevole. La colazione è ricca e il profumo dei dolci, serviti la mattina, allieta i pomeriggi. La distanza dal mare e dal centro è minima. I gestori sono cortesi e disponibili. Consigliatissimo.
