The B&B Casa Soresina was born out of a love for hospitality and attention to detail, in a residence constructed in the 1980s and recently updated to ensure maximum comfort with minimal environmental impact. Named after the owner’s mother, this home is situated in the peaceful hills of the Marche region, just a short distance from the sea and the medieval village of Offagna, with the stunning Conero Riviera nearby. Surrounded by olive groves and fruit trees, Casa Soresina provides a verdant oasis, ideal for relaxation and rejuvenation.
The house has been renovated with sustainability in mind: solar panels heat the water, while photovoltaic panels support the building's energy independence. Inside, the design harmoniously blends aesthetics and functionality, creating a welcoming and contemporary atmosphere.
The garden serves as a natural extension of the surrounding countryside, featuring an orchard, a small vegetable garden with a variety of seasonal produce, and a dedicated area for medicinal herbs, from which homemade herbal teas are crafted. For sports enthusiasts, there is a synthetic grass tennis court, perfect for leisure activities.
Breakfast, served under the porch during pleasant weather, is a unique experience made with fresh, local ingredients. Fresh bread, jams, tarts, and local cured meats and cheeses are just a few of the delights you can expect. The owner, a passionate cook, enjoys surprising guests each morning with new creations.
The B&B Casa Soresina is personally managed by the owner, who warmly welcomes guests with care and attention. An active individual, multilingual and an experienced traveler, she is always ready to offer tips for exploring the area, from historic villages to the treasures of the Conero Riviera.
If you are looking for a place to feel at home, immersed in nature and surrounded by genuine hospitality, Casa Soresina is the perfect choice for an unforgettable stay.
Breakfast includes tea, coffee, infusions, milk and fruit juices. It is enriched with yougurt, cereal and fruit (possibly of the kitchen garden if it is generous!). The bread is fresh and sometimes homemade. The cakes are rigorously homemade like jam, tarts, plumcake and biscuits. Local eggs, salami and cheese are available on demand.
