The property, decorated in a rustic style, sits at an elevation of 400 meters above sea level and consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 6 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a television, a washing machine, and the option to request a crib and high chair for children. The cellar is perfect for keeping food fresh and dry. The private garden, furnished with lounge furniture and a grill, provides an ideal space for relaxation and outdoor dining.
The nearest restaurant is just a 4-minute drive away, while the supermarket is 7 minutes away. Crevoladossola, which features numerous shops and restaurants, is only a 9-minute drive. The house serves as an excellent base for hiking in the Alpe Veglia and Alpe Devero Natural Park. The closest airport is Milan Malpensa, approximately 1 hour and 22 minutes by car.
The property is accessible only on foot via an 80-meter footpath, and it is advisable to bring a flashlight for the evening. Parking is available 100 meters from the house, with an option to park within the property for an additional fee. Pets are allowed upon request for an extra charge. The house is equipped with solar panels for electricity generation, air conditioning, and heating. The main rooms are heated by hot air convectors, and the fireplace can be used upon request (firewood at an extra cost).
